Dear lybrateuser, -The rapid heartrate could be due to exposure to heat for a long time -avoid going out during peak heat hours of the day especially during afternoons -keep yourself well hydrated drink 2-3 litres of water in a day & if you sweat more increase your intake.

Dear it seem you have what is called as deep vein thrombosis. It is a very serious condition, I suggest you get a doppler study of your leg done and consult your doctor immediately.

Hello, you first of all start with physical workout and morning walk along with sugar restriction. This will improve the sugar levels. And only one reading is not enough to diagnose you diabetic and start medications. You have to check FASTING , PPBS, HBA1C LEVELS first. Then only can proceed for treatment. At the first stage is lifestyle modifications is must.

Hello.. .. take homeopathic medicine: - Adel 14 ( Ferrodonna drops ). take 15 drops thrice a day in one fourth cup of water.. take it one hr after meal for one month... with this eat healthy diet.. include spinach, meethi, carrot juice , chukundar in salad , pomogranate, Apple etc means iron rich fruits and also vitamin c rich diet like amla, mangoes, melons, lemon, kiwi, oranges etc for absorption of iron.... feed me back.... tc

It's not a big problem. But take good precautions like eating only healthy food (more of natural and whole grains and pulses ). Avoid outside food and beverages. Dear Lybrateuser, -As per the reports the main artery supplying the heart is 90% blocked -follow the advise of the treating cardiologist as the bypass surgery is required to bring the blood flow to almost normal by restoring the the blood vessels to their normal state, it is a life saving procedure which he should undergo as soon as possible.

Home Remedies for Foot Corn - कॉर्न (Foot corn) के घरेलू उपाय

पैरों के पंजों या पैरों की उंगलियों पर होने वाले कॉर्न कई लोगों के परेशानी का कारण बनते हैं. ये गोल आकार के सख्‍त, मोटा और सफेद रंग का मृत त्‍वचा के गुच्छे के रूप में दिखाई देते हैं. पैरों में होने के कारण इसको हम फुट कार्न भी कहते हैं. इसके होने के कई संभावित कारण हो सकते हैं जैसे गलत आकार के जूते पहनना या फिर लंबे समय तक टाइट जूते या सैंडल पहन कर खडे़ रहना या बिना मोजों के जूते पहनने या फिर बिन चप्‍पल रहने से भी यह हो सकते हैं. पैरों में होने वाले कॉर्न को दूर करने के कई उपाय हैं. आइए इसे दूर करने के कुछ घरेलु उपायों पर प्रकाश डालते हैं.
1. सफेद सिरका
भाग सिफेद सिरके और एक तिहाई पानी के घोल को कॉर्न पर लगाएं. फिर उस एरिया को बैंडडेज लगा कर रातभर छोड़ दें. दूसरे दिन प्‍यूमिक स्‍टोन से कॉर्न को रगड़ कर छुड़ाएं और उस पर नारियल या जैतून का तेल लगाएं. इस उपचार को दिन में एक बार करें.
2. बेकिंग सोडा
एक गरम पानी के टब में 3 चम्‍मच बेकिंग सोडा मिक्‍स करें. फिर पैरों को उसमें 15 मिनट के लिये डुबोएं और बाद में प्‍यूमिक स्‍टोन से पैरों को साफ करें. आप चाहें तो बेकिंग सोडा, नींबू और पानी का पेस्‍ट बना कर कॉर्न पर लगा सकती हैं. फिर इसे बैंडडेज से कवर कर के रातभर के लिये छोड़ दें. दूसरे दिन पैरों को गरम पानी से धो कर प्‍यूमिक स्‍टोन से साफ करें.
3. नींबू
रोजाना नींबू को कॉर्न पर रगड़ें और सूखने दें. ऐसा दिन में 3 बार करें. दूसरा तरीका- हर दूसरे दिन एक चम्‍मच नींबू के रस में दो लौंग 15 मिनट के लिये डुबोएं, फिर उसमें से लौंग निकाल दें और नींबू के रस से कॉर्न पर मालिश करें. फिर इसे सूखने दें और फिर इस पर दुबारा जूस लगाएं. ऐसा दिन में कई बार करें.
4. लहसुन
आधा लहसुन को कूंच कर उसे कॉर्न पर लगा लें और फिर बैंडडेज से कवर कर के रातभर के लिये छोड़ दें. दूसरे दिन सुबह पैरों को गरम पानी से धो लें. ऐसा तब तक करें जब तक कि कॉर्न खतम ना हो जाए.
5. तारपीन का तेल
कॉर्न वाले एरिया पर आइस से कुछ देर तक मसाज करें. फिर उसे पोछ कर उस पर तारपीन का तेल लगाएं. उसके बाद कॉर्न पर बैंडडेज बांध कर रातभर के लिये छोड़ दें. ऐसा रोजाना करें.
6. कच्‍चा पपीता
कच्‍चे पपीते के छोटे से टुकड़े को घिस लें. फिर उसमें से जूस निचोड़ कर उसमें एक पीस रूई का टुकड़ा डुबो कर कॉर्न पर रख कर बैंडडेज लगा दें. रातभर ऐसे छोड़ने के बाद दूसरे दिन सुबह बैंडडेज हटा कर प्‍यूमिक स्‍टोन से रगड़ लें. ऐसा रोजान करें...
7. पाइनएप्‍पल
पाइनएप्‍पल के ताजे छिलके को चौकोर भाग में काट लें. फिर इसके अंदर के भाग को कॉर्न पर रखें और ऊपर से बैंडडेज लगा कर मोजे पहन लें. रातभर ऐसे ही रहने दें और फिर सुबह बैंडडेज निकाल कर एरिया को धो लें और नारियल तेल लगा लें. ऐसा रोजाना रात में एक हफ्ते तक करें.
8. हल्‍दी
हल्‍दी और शहद का पेस्‍ट बनाएं और उसे कार्न पर लगाएं. फिर इसे सूखने के लिये छोड़ दें. ऐसा रोजाना सुबह और शाम करना चाहिये.
