My wife's age of 42 yrs old she remains depressed and have nagtive attitude she is suffering from stady cold and cough ptoblem feels pain in the neck breast and back.She gets sleep late at night and mostly have a headack body heck does not feel apptite she mostly takes medicines to our comes from her problems but this problem is increasing day by day.

Hello sir this is dr.Vyas . Is yr wife is house wife or working. If not working plz make her busy in some activity check out her routine blood test and vitamin. Increase her water intake, stop t.V. Serials ,gave here some time and love, go for picnic for 2-3 days and start meditation, you may get change in her within few days.

Avoid lifting weight and take S.W.D and I.F.T followed static and active strengthening exercise of shoulder, consult physiotherapist for same.

hello priyansh, if you didn't have MRI go for it soon . it may be avascular necrosis of hip joint . 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR

Over activity, lack of good sleep, lack of vitamins, stress. There can be so many reasons for this kind of pain. Take some rest to unwind your body. Physiotherapy can help. One or two painkillers can help you recover faster. Do oil massage. If these don't help you will need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon.

Hi! I am a 20 years old guy and I have a psychological problem. I just get scared or frightened so easily by anything. I get scared to talk to girls. I just overthink what she will say or what foolish I will say. I'm an anti social. I don't know why. At every point I get scared. When some one teases me I cannot reply back I get blank nothing else matters, then for several days it will be cracking my mind by thinking about it again and again. I don't get excited like others I don't know why. I always feel like sleepy less excited.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I have lower back pain mainly on the right and the left side of spine. But the pain is not present on the both the sides simultaneously but it switches sometimes from the right side to the left side or vice versa. If today's night it was on the right side then tomorrow it will be on the left side. It all occur due to lifting weights in the gym by doing squats and deadlifts. Could you please tell me the category of pain or injury? Should I do stretching and walking? How much time it will take to recover completely if it recovers completely?

Please take rest from weight lifting/going to gym for some time. Rather a morning walk will be ok. Also do an x-ray of the affected area. Also do hot and cold compress alternately till the time you get relief. Also take Mag Phos - twice daily for next 7 days. There is a muscular stretch it seems. The recovery time depends on your body-immunity. For further queries get back to me.
