I have a fever since holi. I take a crocin tablet, but not relived. What can I do.

Sir I am not able to talk any unknown person. I am not able to talk face to face and I fell shy to see in others eyes.in study when teacher asked any question to me then my mind get fully blocked and my body started vibrate and whatever I want to say that correct words does not come out. I am very fearful person from darkness. I fell somebody coming behind me. Sir I have done thyroid test but it is normal. But LFT test is not normal. Hi, You may have social Anxiety. You can overcome it with psychotherapy/counseling. Everyone has a little bit of social fear. Without it, you would never learn how to conduct yourself in a socially appropriate manner. It's a little bit of social anxiety that ensures we don't talk to dangerous people, or say inappropriate things to those we're trying to impress. Even the most social people have a small amount of fear in them, and that social anxiety helps them maintain a more positive appearance. But when that anxiety becomes too strong, or you start to fear the anxiety itself, you may have developed social phobia. Social phobia is a diagnosable anxiety disorder, and one that can benefit from treatments designed to fight these social fears. Start Strong Any time you do talk to someone, don't start quietly and expect yourself to gain momentum over time. Start strong. Those that do public speaking find that when they start strong they get into a groove. It's the same with most social environments. When you're out there, starting strong, you're more likely to get comfortable fast. Talk to Anyone You're Comfortable With You may not be comfortable in social situations yet, but you probably encounter people speaking to you regularly. Make sure you're always talking back. For example, when the coffee shop employee asks you how your day is, tell them your day is great and make sure you ask them how their day was. If you have a panic attack in a social situation, one of the most important things for you to do is get up when it's over and keep trying. It may sound strange or difficult, but fear of panic and anxiety creates more panic and anxiety, and leaving a social situation when you have anxiety reinforces the fear. Ideally, you need to get up once the panic attack is over and try to get back to the social life, no matter how hard it feels. Try Talking on Vacation to Practice Finally, while it's not a fool proof plan, a big part of the fear comes from being in a location where you may know people or see them again. That's why you may want to consider trying many of these strategies on a vacation in a city further away that you have no connection to. My wife is 24 years old. We have one baby of 2 years old. She is breastfeeding the baby. Since one month my wife is feeling some complications like weakness, headache, weight loss, fatigue, swelling on leg below the knee and wrist below the elbow. I consulted a lady doctor and also get check up the hgb test. Hgb level found above 11.5. The doctor recommended syrup for iron and some medicine also. Since my wife's leg below the knee and wrist developed swelling, the doctor recommended some medicine too. One month is over since consulted to the doctor. Swelling is under control now but my wife suffers consistently loose motion on every two days and develops gas too.

After wake up in the morning getting pain in whole body, pain in back. Please advise.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

If you had intercourse during last few days of periods then there r remote chances of getting pregnant. But better to be sure by doing urine pregnancy test using preganews if periods are missed.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples & marks: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. I am 9 month pregnant k (due date 9 august) and my amniotic fluid level is bit less around 10.7 last month (June) I am taking Gyargin powder for increasing fuild level. (From last 7 days) and my baby weight is around 2.5 from last week to this week (my baby 's weight not increased in last week ). Is there any complication in delivery or these are normal and I can deliver my baby normally. I don't want to have c section. What are chances of my normal delivery. However, one thing will be in common, progressively developing back pain from long periods of overstretched and overloaded back muscles and ligaments. When you first start to develop postural back pain it manifests itself as a low grade ache which tends to be relieved with light exercise or avoiding sitting. But after a while the pain increases and tends to be there most of the time regardless of what you do. It should be noted that a small percentage of back pain is caused by more serious conditions like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression. Symptoms that suggest a more serious back problem are leg pains, pins and needles or weakness in your leg or foot. These symptoms need to be properly assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist.

You may be under stress fro some reason and you will need to meet with a counselor to sort that out. Do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid junk food.

Sir my father has back pain I took him to MRI scan for spine in the report says" Static vertebral alignment of whole spine is normal. Signals from the cord uniform & normal. No e/o focal / diffuse bulging of chord. Cervical spine: Signals from vertebral bodies are normal .endplates are normal. Degeneration of all discs. Disc bulge at c6/c7 intending thecal sac. Disc bulge at D7/D1 intending cord. Dorsal spine: Signals from vertebral bodies are normal .endplates are normal. Degeneration of upper dorsal discs. Disc bulge at D2/D3 intending cord. Lumbar spine: Signals from vertebral bodies are normal .endplates are normal. Degeneration of L3/L4&L4/L5 discs. Central disc herniation with inferior migration at L4/L5 intending thecal sac. Is there necessary for surgery or any way by using medicine or homeopathy please tell me sir what I have to do the best way Thanking you sir.

hello.... No need for surgery... In homeopathy there is treatment for degeneration of bones.... Joint pain can cripple movement along with the distress it causes. Osteoarthritis, in fact, is a degenerative disease of joints. The cartilage — a firm and flexible connective tissue in joints between the bones which holds the bones together and actsas a cushion between joints — gets degenerated.
