Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Use your time at home to graze regularly. Several small meals and snacks may seem more manageable than three large meals. Dried fruits, seeds, cheese and nut butter are nutritionally rich and calorie dense. Snack on a 1/4 cup of raisins for about 110 calories; spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on a medium banana and consume almost 300 calories; and have an ounce of cheddar cheese with just seven woven wheat crackers for 233 extra calories. Add one or all of these snacks daily to pile on a pound in a week.

You are having hypothyroidism and it is recommended that you consider taking thyroid medicine to correct that. Thyroid hormones are essential for the body metabolism and brain function. If deficiency is prolonged it can have wide range of problems from dry scaly skin to memory loss of brain. Consult with your doctor for treatment or contact me on lybrate. I'm working in a IT company. From my school days I was bought up in a atmosphere where all like me and respect me. Infact most intelligent girl in school, college wherever I go. I'm very straight forward. I don't like people with two faces. I don't like people speaking at back. In my company I was put into designation which I feel like'it's not the right designation for me' I was put into support project in which I will have work for only an hour a day. But the company pays me very well. The thing is I'm not satisfied with my job now. During my college times I have a start up for me, for which I used to work for day and night. Sometimes I have not even come to home. I'm that much dedicated to my job I need a change from this job. There are many internal opportunities in my company. But my manager is not releasing me from this project. Yesterday I went to talk to my manager regarding this. And she doesn't speak like a manager she spoke like a local person. It triggered my anger I argued with her. She told many words which has hurt me very badly. Atlast convinced me since she was afraid I may escalate her. Now the problem is I'm disturbed. My mind is keep on thinking about yesterday's conversation in repeat mode. I couldn't concentrate on anything. I need some positive energy. I want to survive in that place. She made me felt inferior. :(I need a good counselling.

do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Dear sir your blood sugar levels are high. You definitely need anti diabetic treatment. I will advise you to go for allopathic treatment to get better control and prevent complications of diabetes. Your pain in joints may automatically subside when sugar levels come to normal range. If you are obese and hypertensive then additional treatment and lifestyle modifications will be required. The major causes of dandruff are dry skin, unclean hair, pollution, cold climate, too much shampooing, excess use of chemicals and unhealthy diet.

Now it is going to be easy to get rid of dandruff, if you follow some of these simple steps.

11 Natural Tips to tackle dandruff  

1. Visit a dermatologist to find out, which is the main cause of dandruff in your hair and get prescribed treatment for it.

2. Make use of anti-dandruff shampoo and conditioner.

3. Switch to olive oil instead of the regular coconut oil. Castor oil is also very effective.

4. Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with 5 tablespoon of coconut oil and apply 30 minutes prior to washing your hair.

5. Wash your hair only twice or thrice a week as excess use of chemicals lead to dandruff.

6. Apply vinegar 15 minutes prior to washing your hair.

7. Mix yoghurt and egg and apply 30 minutes before washing your hair.

8. Make a fine powder of Neem leaves, mix it with coconut oil or olive oil, and apply it to your hair regularly.

9. Make a fine paste of fenugreek seeds (methi seeds) and apply it to your scalp an hour before washing your hair.

10. Use baking soda as an alternative of shampoo and rinse your hair after keeping for a minute or two.

11. Rheetha is a natural soap nut that was used in olden times. Soak four to five pieces of rheeta in hot water and then apply the solution to your hair in place of shampoo.

Some people are very allergic to chemicals and excessive use of shampoo or other chemicals causes more dandruff.  Hence, it is advisable to stick to natural methods while dealing with dandruff.

You have a poor resistance power you can increase this by vitamin- c 500 mg daily intake and by taking shitopladi churan 2 tsf with1 tsf honey early morning before breakfast empty stomach for 30 days.

Your weight is not proper according to your height.You can do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.These will help you to gain weight.Along with this eat balanced diet.Eat more food more frequently.Add cream with tea/coffee.Take ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with food.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take plenty of dense fruits and vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat fish,egg,lean meat,peas,beans,soy products,peanut,mushroom,tofu,peanut butter.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take stress free proper rest at night.
