Itching around the area of Anus. abrasion occurs when he scratches. As I asked a doctor, he asked me to consult a general surgeon as the doctor said you might have Fissures. But fissures are painful, he do not have pain, he passes stools frequently, the only symptom is, itching occurs in the mid day and in night. More at night. When he itches at night, he experiences burning sensation in morning when he use water to clean the stool. Nothing else.

Hi Anal fissure can be troublesome .it can cause bleeding and pus discharge Conservative measures like sitting in warm water ,taking high fibre diet - fruits and vegetables and salads, taking allopathic /homeopathic medicines will relive your problem temporarily. Anal problems improve with general measures but may require surgery. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon.

If you are a beginner, it is difficult to digest supplements, and there are not required for initial 2-3 years. Have more natural proteins rich foods.
