Hello! I'm 24 years old and I have irregular periods with PCOD problem planning to conceive so doctor prescribed me fertyl super 100 mg from D2 to D6 and myestra 2 mg from D3 to D9 and Duphaston from D16 to D25 also she asked me to go through follicular study from D12 and to have intercourse from D10 to D20 on alternate days but I missed to go through follicular study on D12 instead went on D20 for follicular scanning but had intercourse regularly from D11. On D20 follicular scanning got report as Immature follicles of size around 6 mm in both RT ovary and LT ovary and Endometrium size is 12.2 mm. What does that it mean? Here are symptoms, stages and treatments Piles or Hemorrhoids
Hello, everyone, I’m Dr. Sanket Gupta. I’m a practicing homeopathic consultant for the past seven years at Staiyaniketan Motibagh. We at AKG’s Ovihams, that’s my clinic’s name, we have a specialization in all kinds of diseases especially lifestyle disorders, psychological diseases, neurological diseases, diabetes, blood pressure, kidney stones, gall stones, piles, everything and today I would like to talk about of another very very common disease and a very troublesome this order what which is called hemorrhoids or also called piles in common language.
Piles is such a common phenomenon that today every second person develops it. Usually what happens when it is a resultant of a sedentary lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle is when you can remain sitting for long, you develop constipation, you develop faulty food habits and lifestyle and piles is the result of that. So anything which what happens exactly is there is a plexus of veins down there. So whenever there is a pressure while we are defecating or while one is passing stool, the veins would engorge and once the veins engorge they rupture and they that causes bleeding.
So the first stage is internal hemorrhoid. Internal hemorrhoid develops only due to straining. So people who remain sitting for long, they should not remain sitting for long. They should have a decent walking and physical exercise and drink plenty of water. Avoid constipation at any cost because constipation is one thing which you know which makes a person about an exert pressure on the anal area so that is the main cause and once that internal hemorrhoid develops and it’s not treated and it’s not taken care of not managed well then patient develops external hemorrhoids.
And then the second and third and fourth degree of hemorrhoid eventually prolapse. So depending upon again the stage of the disease and the nature of the phenomena, homeopathic treatment is decided. And because homeopathy is an individualistic science we tend to you know we tend to go into the details of the constitution of patient and along with that give medicines to manage the disease as well and patient is totally cured. Piles is a very very I see mean almost ten patients a day of piles every day so it is such a common phenomenon and it has wonderful results with homeopathy medicines like an NUX Vomica, Calcaria Carb, Thuja, Ratania, Esculus, acid nitric, Aloes, they have some magnificent results in curing piles.
People who have again and another another condition it is which is usually asked a patient is asked to go for surgery but with homeopathy surgery is absolutely avoidable. And not just avoidable, patient is absolutely curable, more so that the disease won’t reoccur. See the one thing I would really like people make you understand is that if you go in for surgery, it does not prevent your reoccurrence. In fact, the reoccurrence question increases why? Because the plexus down there weakens so it doesn’t support that.
So instead of going for surgery. please consult a good homeopathic doctor. You can consult me as well. For any queries regarding piles and hemorrhoids you can consult here on Lybrate or you can visit me at my clinic as well. Thank you.
My wife feels stressed and have sudden mood swings since her pregnancy started 4 months before. Does this happen to all women during pregnancy? How can I keep her happy during this crucial period?
Me and my partner had sex on 22-25 november after which I missed my periods due on 5th december and took the pregnancy test which resulted positive. I had mifepristone on 15th december and mifepristone on 16th after which I faced little blood. There was lots of cramping although. I want to ask whether I need to wait more to bleed properly and pass the tissue or shall I go for the ultrasound as it a complication?
Hello sir, I am 30 years old female. After 6 years of marriage I have been conceived now through donor IUI since my husband's sperm count was very low. Currently I am two months pregnant. While the complaint of being born flat chested is faced by a number of women, there are a few women who have heavy breasts. Over the time, large breasts have been linked with a number of health problems, such as backaches, neck pain, numbness in the fingers and shortness of breath. Thus it is not only for cosmetic reasons that many women choose to undergo breast reduction surgery. This involves the removal of tissues and skin from the breasts to reduce the size of the breasts and reshape them. Breast reduction is a very safe procedure, however, just like any other surgery, there is always a risk and hence the question arises, 'how safe is breast reduction surgery'.
Since the procedure involves making incisions in the skin and removing tissues, most women feel pain in the breasts for the first few days post surgery. This later transforms into a mild discomfort before which completely goes away after a few days. Pain medication and anti inflammatory drugs can help ease the pain. Swelling and bruising in the area is also a common effect of the surgery and may last for about a month or two. The patients are usually advised to wear a surgical bra all the time as it help in giving proper support which in turn helps ease the pain and reduce swelling.
Scarring is one of the most common risks associated with this surgery. To remove the tissue, a surgeon has to make an incision under the breast. This incision is usually positioned in line with the natural curves and creases of a woman's body in order to conceal them. However, it always leaves behind a scar. Scarring varies from person to person and also depends on the type of incision made. Typically, scars fade over time but for some women, they may remain noticeable for many years.
Fortunately, in most cases, the incisions can be restricted to areas covered by a bra or bikini. Some women complain loss of sensation in the breasts or nipples after such a procedure, but mainly this is a temporary side effect and resolves within a few months of the surgery. Depending on the type of procedure, some women may also find it difficult to breastfeed after the surgery.
On its own, breast reduction surgery is a fairly safe procedure as long as it is performed by a certified plastic surgeon on a healthy patient. Therefore, it is important to do plenty of research and go for a best possible surgeon. So, do not let your fear of surgery keep you from making life more comfortable for yourself!
