Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen. This problem can be solved by Meditation i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost)

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * In morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *In Lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *In evening, You can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *In Dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes.* You can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, You can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, Raise your legs without bending your knees, Do it for 3-5 times daily * Do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * You can take Medohar Guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of Ayurveda expert.

most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. it is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. I've got abnormal vaginal bleeding since last 3 days. Though it is very less in amount without any pain. I also want to mention here that my periods was just over last week. Once a menstrual bleeding had finished, very few women bleed again till next menses. But in some slight bleeding may occur at ovulation time. This is perhaps what you are experiencing. But without a thorough examination, one will not be able to rule out other causes, like cervical erosion, polyp or infection or even a vaginal tear. So best to go and see a gynecologist.

I'm a student of 20 years. I weighed around 58 for last 2 years now suddenly my weight has started increasing drastically despite my attempts to reduce. My height is 5.3 n I weight 63 kg I really want to get to 50 kgs. I feel really complexed because of my weight. I don't exercise that much. 3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. it's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasionally. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you. Make a mask of orange pulp, honey and curd-apply it across your face for fifteen minutes and wash it off. The orange vil decrease the oil, honey vil moisturise and curd vil hydrate.

Hi, please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - eat in small quantities frequently. - avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - drink plenty of water in between your intake. - keep away from mental stress and tensions, - perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - avoid excess intake of coffee or tea, intake of medicines on empty stomach. - be careful about the food while eating outside. - carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

For fair & glowing skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

Suicide is no solution. Don? t ever die for another man unless you do so in an attempt to save the person. Your life is your gift to you by god: you must therefore treasure it and look after it as something very special and precious. I was not clear in your question when you say? the man is changed. Has he changed and become a bad person, or are you saying that he has left you for another? I suppose you mean the latter. I know that 7 years is a long time of knowing a person and presumably you thought that it was all sewed up and stitched. If he left because of something you did or said, you must introspect and see how serious that was, or has he chosen to make it bigger than what it is. If he was looking for a chance to get out of the relationship and found one, he is not worth the salt. Whatever the explanation, you must take it as good riddance to bad rubbish. But it is difficult and very painful, and perhaps disgraceful in front of all your friends. However, it is for this reason more so that you are saying you do not want to be in a relationship where the other person is not interested in you. You must get back to your career and get going with your life. There are three things you must do: be responsible, be respectful, and be functional, whatever happens. Get rid of all reminders of this guy and do not go to places, people and situations that you two used to frequent. And above all talk extensively about this relationship until it is exhausted from your system. But do not go around giving him bad publicity. Do talk to a confidante or counselor. At your age it must be extremely shattering but that gives you more reason to prove to yourself that you are made of better stuff than this. Love yourself enough to take this in your stride but do not go into victim mode. You will one day look back at this relationship and wonder why you were into it for so long. Believe me, it will defy all logic.

Dear lybrate user, now a days people's diet is changed. Now a days society takes fast food, junk food, heavy food etc. So more deposit fet is seen in abdominal region. Ultimately fatty liver seen in usg findings. It is more common now a days. There is no need to too much worry. But you should follow below things to overcome your pain problem:- take easily digestible food like green leafy vegetables etc which contains good vitamins, minerals etc. Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, rice potato, sweets, ice cream, cold drinks, chinese, panjabi, etc heavy digestible food. Drink more and more water 3 litres in a day. Manage the stress and anger. Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can sure help you. Pavanmuktasana, vajrasana there two aasanas can help you.

Dieting plans. Early morning when you wake up at that time 2 glass of water, and in the breakfast you take easy digest the food for like idli. R dosa r upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bawl vegetable. And 2 rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5 pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks you start for one month and morning walk also important and do some exercise or yoga. 7-8 mint in 1 cup leaves in one cup of water for 20-30min and let it cool add 1 teaspoon honey to and a pinch of black pepper to the cooled mint water, have this 2-3 times a day. And morning walk is compulsory. And avoid non veg and more fatty and oily foods.

hi... Take tab. Crocin - 650 mg twice a day. Tab. Lcz -10 mg once a day. drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, Take plenty of liqiuds. Juice, avoid cold things. Avoid oily foods. A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , If symptoms persist then do tests cbc, mp, widal, blood c/s. After tests take antibiotics by physician.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hi. You can use a glycolic acid based face wash twice a day. That will help you with oily skin and make your face clear. But the treatment of pimples will require a day cream and a night cream and a capsule. Consult me privately in audio consultation for details.
