See that your posture is good. Avoid heavy bags on your back and if you do carry they should not be hanging low on your back. Do back strengthening exercises. Hope you mattress you sleep on is correct.

Avoid toward bending long sitting standing. Heat fermentation twice a day and rest. Then start stretching exercise of spine.

Yes. With ayurvedic internal medications panchakarma therapy and observing certain dietary advises we can control it. If its age related (degenerative) we cannot reverse it but still we can slow down the degenerative changes and symptom management.

It may be impingement syndrome. You need to get examined properly. Once diagnosis is confirmed, treatment can be advised. For frozen shoulder, mobilizing is necessary. Have developed pain in my right-hand central knuckle for over two weeks. I am regular in exercises of aerobics and yoga - age 65 years (male). On opening and closing the hand grip pain is in the central knuckle. Taking regular medicine for the stents in lad and the other artry.

I am having right shoulder pain and sometimes it makes worsen. Holding 1 kg weight makes my shoulder swollen. I have taken many medicines but there is no result. I also have take accu pressure therapy but there is no cure. Sometimes this pain makes me unconscious and affects my whole back. I can not put my shoulders straight because I makes me pain. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment best wishes.

Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I HAVE FRACTURE IN LOWER THIRD OF RIGHT femur WHICH WAS FIXED WITH PLATE AND SCREW ON 22.7.2016. NOW I HAVE STARTED WALKING WITH PARTIAL WEIGHT BEARING ON THE LIMB WITH THE HELP OF WALKER. KNEE BENDING EXERCISE AS WELL AS MUSCLE STRENGTHENING EXERCISE HAS ALSO BEEN STARTED BY PHYSIOTHERAPIST. IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF NONUNION AT THIS STAGE. BY WHAT TIME THE BONE WILL HEAL PROPERLY.

Since last 7-8 years in every summers during march to sept. My both feet are swelling & after taking a rest during nights & keep them high ten night I found them ok. Any problem. I am 51 years old male & having a long sitting job at duty.

Use pillows under your both legs while sleeping. Don't stand for too long periods. Get yourself screened up for cbc test, kft, lft as soon as possible.

If meniscus tear is grade 3 or grade 4 and if there is catching sensation and difficulty in squating and cross-legging then surgery is required.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Since last 10 years I have spine problem, and I have consulted many doctors but the conditions are still the same, now even to wake up in the morning I have to take a pain killer. Do back isometrics Apply hot fomentation Avoid those exercises which increase your pain Avoid long standing Avoid bending forward activities Take care of your posture- while sitting, sit straight & support your lower back with cushion/ thin pillow Avoid being in one position for long duration Avoid lifting heavy weight Take bath with warm water adding salt to it Before exercise apply hot pack & after exercise apply cold pack

Leg pain can be due to various reasons. It can be due to tight muscles, referred pain from low back, vascular problems etc. Usually stretches for tight calf, hamstrings, quadriceps can help. Try hot or cold fermentation. Deep tissue massage can help relax tight muscles and reduce pain.
