What should I do to get a healthy and wealthy body? Please give me some preference.
Do the simplest things: 1) Eat right (a balanced diet) which is healthy and not junk, processed, packaged or artificially flavoured. That simply means eat freshly prepared homemade food. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables every day. 2). Exercise every day (any exercise or sports of your choice or even Yoga and pranayam ). 3) Drink enough water (8-10 glasses or a more glasses if you feel thirsty) 4) Sleep at the right time (for 7-8 hrs) which will give rest to the body and make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated everyday. 5) Keep away from things that are addictive - stimulants like alcohol and tobacco or any other things. Limit the intake of tea and coffee. 6) Keep yourself active - do your job honestly with a sense of responsibility which will keep your mind pleasent and fill you with a strong sense of self-esteem. You shall become wealthy soon due to your sincere hard work! 7) Develop some hobby which can help you relax - it can even be some kind of social service where you do not expect anything in return. This shall keep you grounded and humble and save you from conflicts in your life.

Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Tooth Sensitivity: Causes and Management

Dental problems can be very painful and take the smile off your face completely. Those who have experienced sensitivity would vouch for it. It just will not allow you to enjoy the hot coffee or a favourite sweet or a cold smoothie.  The pain that shoots down the tooth after any of these would leave the person shuddering.

The tooth has 3 layers, from the outside in these are the enamel, the dentin and the pulp.  The outermost enamel is mineralized and the hardest structure in the body. The next layer, dentin, has fine tubules and when the enamel is worn off exposing the dentin, sensitivity sets in. The enamel is thinner in some portions of the tooth like the neck and the roots, therefore sensitivity onset is quicker in these areas.

Some of the common reasons for sensitivity are listed below:

  1. Tooth decay:  As caries progresses from enamel to dentin, sensitivity sets in, especially to hot and cold foods.
  2. Wear and tear:  Excessive brushing of teeth can lead to wearing of teeth, especially near the neck areas, leading to loss of enamel and resulting in sensitivity.
  3. Dental damage:  Chipped or broken tooth can lead to sensitivity.
  4. Gingival disease: This leads to loss of gum cover over the tooth, leading to exposure of dentin and therefore sensitivity.
  5. Bruxism: Clenching of teeth, common in people with high levels of stress, can lead to enamel wearing and subsequent sensitivity.
  6. Dental treatment: Some dental procedures like scaling, crowns, root planing, and some fillings can cause transient sensitivity.
  7. Highly acidic food items: Citrus fruits, tomatoes, tea, etc. can lead to tooth sensitivity.
  8. Bleaching agents:  Most tooth whitening agents result in sensitive teeth.
  9. Excessive use of mouthwash: The mouth rinses contain high amount of alcohol which can also lead to tooth sensitivity.

Management: As with all health conditions, the first step in management is to identify the problem.  Whether it is dental decay or recent dental treatment, food habits or tooth whitening agents, the cause needs to be identified and then treatment begun accordingly.

  1. For lost enamel, be it decay or damage, the tooth again needs to be restored to its original form to cover the dentinal tubules and reduce sensitivity.
  2. For habits, be it food related or bruxism, in addition to treating the tooth, the habit per se needs to be addressed to prevent recurrence.
  3. For associated dental products like whitening agents or mouth rinses, talk to a dentist to switch to a less harmful product.
  4. De-sensitizing pastes are also available that can be used on a regular basis to reduce the problem.

Tooth sensitivity is annoying but there are ways to manage it effectively.

If your symptoms are stress induced then you need to work with someone on a regular weekly basis figuring out the triggers and learn to build resilience. When our mind is hooked into past it is normal to have lot of negative thoughts and in turn feeling low. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. We have immense potential within us and we could tap into those one step at a time, one day at a time. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. I would suggest if you are unable to do. Things suggested here yiu should consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist. If yiu need medicines they will be able to priscribe you the same. Most time both medicine and counseling work. Best togather as a treatment. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Hi, start doing regular meditation and yoga. Go for regular morning walks. Try to ease out. These all will help you a lot. Rest is behaviour modifications which you will have to bring in your self to control dat urge.
