Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I'm 22 years old male I have a problem of head ache. When the headache comes it lasts for 3 days. In a month I usually suffer more than 5 to 6 times with the problem. 1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. I go for running daily but my running stamina is average so can you suggest me how to increase my stamina.

For increasing your stamina few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

I am a 19 year old boy. For the last seven I am facing hairfall. Mostly while bathing or drying my hair with a towel. While bathing at least 10 hairs will fall. Please is this serious? I always oil my hair with coconut oil before bathing and use shampoo or conditioner every 2 week or something. What products do you recommend?

You can muscle building exercise for weight gain.Eat extra amount of food frequently.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ghee,butter,cheese,cream,jam,jelly.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables.Take more fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,yogurt,mushroom,tofu.Take more nuts,seeds.Use extra healthy fat.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before meals.Use weight gainer supplement.Stay stress free and lead an active life.These will help you to gain weight.

I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. Here are 10 health conditions that are known to cause fatigue. 1. Coeliac disease This is a type of food intolerance, where your body reacts badly when you eat gluten – a substance found in bread, cakes and cereals. 90% of us don’t know we have the condition, Other symptoms of coeliac disease, apart from tiredness, are diarrhoea, anaemia and weight loss. Your Doctor can check if you have coeliac disease through a blood test. 2. Anaemia One of the most common medical reasons for feeling constantly run down is iron deficiency anaemia. It affects around one in 20 men and post-menopausal women, but may be even more common in women who are still having periods. Typically, you’ll feel you can’t be bothered to do anything, your muscles will feel heavy and you’ll get tired very quickly. Women with heavy periods and pregnant women are especially prone to anaemia. 3. Underactive thyroid An underactive thyroid gland means that you have too little thyroid hormone (thyroxine) in your body. This makes you feel tired. You’re also likely to put on weight and have aching muscles. It’s most common in women, and it happens more often as you get older. Diabetes One of the main symptoms of diabetes, a long-term condition caused by too much sugar in the blood, is feeling very tired. You might have an overwhelming urge to keep moving your legs, a deep ache in your legs, or your legs might jerk spontaneously through the night. Whatever your symptoms, your sleep will be disrupted and of poor quality, so you’ll feel very tired throughout the day. 10. Anxiety Feeling anxious is sometimes perfectly normal. However, some people have constant, uncontrollable feelings of anxiety, which are so strong they affect their daily life. We call this generalised anxiety disorder (GAD). It is becoming more frequent in India. As well as feeling worried and irritable, people with GAD often feel tired. For a diagnosis for your problem you shoulld consult a doctor.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly.
