I have less concentration. I am doing job. I want improvement. Please suggest me.

You are definitely under some form of stress and because of that you will experience difficulties with concentration. A strong mind is a mind that is peaceful, stable, satisfied and can remain in the deeper meaning of a thought. There is no waste caused by over-thinking, or the high speed of thought: These are the two greatest diseases of the mind these days, which is why there is so much stress and mental breakdown. Stress can foil concentration and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. Concentration precedes memory. If you are under stress your concentration will go for a toss, then naturally memory will be totally foiled. So meet with a counselor to take care of the stress and your memory will happily return. You can follow these simple rules in the meantime: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid all junk food.

Dear Doctor, I was having gastro issue earlier and went to the endoscopy it's calm down now! Some times I use to have heartpalpication when am getting vomiting and nervousness, finally consult a cardiologist from mixture hospital Hyderabad. After his consultant he said. Not to worry this is because anxiety, for anxiety is that dangerous and related to Psychology. I was not getting sleep so doctor suggested to have TRIKA 0.5 mg, should I take this every day after food / do I take for long time! Please clear my doubts! Suggested medicine: Trika 0.5 tablet, is this tablet has a side effects! / not? Thank you all,

Trika 0.5 mg is alprazolam, which can be taken for short duration only, maximum 2 weeks. If anxiety requires treatment for long, kindly consult a psychiatrist, who will give better and more appropriate medications. Trika when taken on a longer run cam cause early dementia, shrinking of brain, memory loss, personality changes, withdrawal seizures, irriability and depression. So kindly avoid it, mostly people are made addicted to trika by cardiologist and physician who see the cardiac parameters and sleep and are unaware of the side effects it produces to the mind/ brain. Only pain killer wil not help have antibiotics fr two days and go to a dentist immediately and get that toith treated may be you have a decay without treatment you wil not get relief and unnecesarly you wil be having medicines.

6 Causes Of Erectile Dysfunction!

In some cases, psychological factors rather than physical incapability plays a vital role in causing Erectile Dysfunction (ED). Child abuse or any instance of sexual trauma is considered as one of the root causes of Erectile Dysfunction. Other than this, there are numerous factors like a person’s emotional health and well-being can also be a direct reason behind Erectile Dysfunction.

The psychological causes of Erectile Dysfunction are

  1. Pressure: Constant exposure to stress due to work load, difficulties in married life, parenting issues, financial issues can be a major reason behind erectile dysfunction.
  2. Guilt: The pressure of satisfying a new sexual partner may become so overpowering that it may result in poor sexual performance. This may lay seeds of guilt in a person and hamper his emotional health.
  3. Anxiety: If a person erectile droop at any instance, fear may creep in that it can occur again. This situation opens door for ‘performance anxiety’ and may cause erectile dysfunction in the long run.
  4. State of Depression: Even a person who performs normally during sexual intercourse can suffer from erectile dysfunction if he is in depression. Depression poorly hinders a person’s emotional health and cause a series of psychological as well as physical problems. The drugs taken during depression may even facilitate erectile dysfunction.
  5. Loss of interest in sex: Reasons behind this can be growing age, disputes with partner, any kind of stress or certain medications.
  6. Loss of Self-confidence: Failure in previous attempts for sexual intercourse, feeling of insufficiency in sex life may lead to loss of self-confidence. This can be one of the deciding factors behind erectile dysfunction.

Remedy

Occurrence of erectile droop once or twice is quite common among men. There is nothing to be worried about. But if this problem persists, one shall consult a sexologist. Few tips to prevent and cure erectile dysfunction are as follows: 

  1. One needs to open up and discuss such issues with his partner as well as his physician. If the cause of erectile dysfunction is poor emotional health, then he can undergo some therapy. Some stress releasing exercises or meditation can help you gain control over your mind.
  2. One can take some pills like Viagra and prevail over psychological impediments. It helps to boost up one’s confidence while performing any sexual act.
  3. Try to remain fit and fine. Exercise daily to shed any extra weight. Avoid drinking and smoking and take a healthy diet. Take adequate sleep (about 7 hours in night) and get your blood pressure and cholesterol levels checked regularly.

Use always seasonal fruits, make sure it is free from pesticides or other chemicals. Fruts may help general health but not knee pain.
