For constipation and digestion Foods and drinks: Eat high-fiber foods such as raisins, raw vegetables, salads, bran cereals, whole-grain bread and fresh fruit. Eat prunes or figs. Eat oatmeal, applesauce, legumes (dried beans) and barley, to soften the stool. Flax meal can be purchased already ground. Or, you can buy the seeds and grind them yourself. Flax meal is a good source of natural fiber and health-promoting Omega-3 fatty acids. It can be stirred into or sprinkled on foods. Drink plenty of liquids—at least eight glasses a day. Water and herbal tea are best. Juices are not recommended, nor are caffeinated drinks, as your body can become dependent on these in the long run. Drink several cups of warm-to-hot liquid in the morning. Herbal teas or water work well. Exercise: Do daily exercise, like a brisk half-hour walk. Visit the toilet for 15 minutes in the morning, even if you are unable to have a bowel movement. This relaxes and stimulates your digestive system. Sit quietly for 15 minutes after eating a meal to aid in digestion. If symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. For Hairloss: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

Your wife is pregnant and complains of stomach-ache sometimes. I advise her to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Follow this and give feedback.

You should consult a local doctor in person. Meanwhile I suggest diarex tablet from himalaya, 2 tablet twice daily .with plain water and vomitab from charak 1 tablet twice a day for 2-3 days.

For mouthulcers I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and twisted tooth is a growth anomaly.

1.  Diabetes – Take 5 - 5 gram powder mixure of Amla, Turmeric and Guduchi ( Tinospora Cordifolia) with water twice a day.

2.  Pyorrhoea – Take 2 tabs Trifla gugal twice a day. Use Dashan sankar churna as tooth powder. Use Jatyadi tail or Irimedadi tail for gargle.

3.  Pleurisy – Take Pushkarmool churna 1 to 2 grams twice a day with honey. Keep heating with hot water bag or heating pad.

4.  Anaemia – Use Harde powder with cow urine twice a day.

How To Deal With Extreme Anger?

Anger is among the gamut of emotions we exhibit as a reaction to a situation, and it is a 'normal' emotion too as long as it is kept under control. Some people have the propensity to explode when pushed to the extreme. They keep swallowing their emotions until they can finally do it no more, and erupt like a volcano. Others dealing with extreme anger are like a ticking time bomb. You'll never know what you unwittingly say or do can trigger an explosion. In either case, anger that cannot be controlled comes with a physical reaction.

Your heart beats faster preparing you for both action and reaction. Your breathing quickens. You may clench your fist, tighten your shoulders and go into a defensive position. The problem arises out of the fact that it is almost impossible to feel anger and empathy at the same time. An angry person is seldom sensitive to the well being of his victim, and hence may lash out verbally and sometimes physically. Such things done in the heat of the moment mostly leaves us with regrets. So here are a few ways to deal with extreme anger.

  1. Acknowledge it: The first step in solving a problem is recognizing that you have one. The fundamental problem here is that people believe they are on the right track and refuse to budge from their views. It is essential to realize that this step is not about deciding whether you are right or wrong, but acknowledging the fact that your reaction to the situation can be channeled in a better way. When getting someone to acknowledge their anger problem, be careful as to not use negative words like wrong, false and shouldn't. Instead, influence with positive words like can and should. Instead of saying 'You are wrong to react like this', you can say, 'I understand what you are feeling. Is there a way we can resolve this situation?'
  2. Recognize the signs: Once you know that your problems exist, you can try devising ways that will work for you in dealing with the situation. You can count to 10 to calm yourself or simply decide to not speak until you can calm yourself. Knowing that you may enter into an argument in a situation, you can list down the points that you feel strongly about and discuss each of them one by one. Working your way through a finite list gives a better opportunity to reach closure at the end.
  3. Find ways to let it go: Not all arguments end in closure. A lot of unsaid justifications cloud our mind repeatedly leaving us seething from the inside. Research has shown that the neurological anger response lasts less than two seconds. Beyond that it takes a strong will to stay angry. Once you realize how much your anger is consuming your mind, decide to free your mind with meditation and other calming exercises. Tell yourself that some people and issues simply don't deserve your anger, emotion, reaction or time.

Dear lybrate-user, to stay fit during summers you have to avoid direct exposure to sunlight especially during noon hours. Try to work & stay in a cool & airy place. Take lot of water at least 2-3 litres if you are sweating a lot, also take fluids like fruit juices & sherbats. Eat light food, more of fruits & vegetables, avoid spicy &fried food. Do mild exercise early morning & sleep adequately at night.

I don't know your health status, also your life style and diet preference. In general through taking sufficient carbohydrate and protein with adequate fat will give you the weight gain. Always try to increase your weight in a healthy way, every human being need particular amount of energy for doing daily activities and also in rest body need energy for the function of our body systems. If you are not taking sufficient amount of protein, carbohydrate and fat you will not get the weight gain, usually peoples will take energy dense foods to gain weight, at a time if you take more energy that will give more stress to your digestive system and there is a chance to get metabolic disorders. Theory behind healthy eating habit is like meet your energy kneed through without giving much stress to your digestive system, Take 6 meals in day with 2 to 3 hours gap and avoid the situation of taking heavy meals. If you put more gap between meals your hungry level will be higher during next intake and you will take more. Include good source of protein (egg, chicken, mutton, milk, fish, all pulses and beans) in a healthy way. Include all different types of Millets and cereals, all different colored vegetables and fruits. Sticking on to particular types of food items will make you deficient in some essential nutrients. In exercise part, start with moderate 20 min exercise and increase gradually and do for one hour .Make a plan for your food intake and exercise daily and adjust the timing and include all verity of foods.

Homoeopathic treatment------------------ topi berberis cream (wilmar schwabe india) apply during daytime---------------- berberis aquifolium 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 2 drops in 1 spoon water /direct on tongue, 3 times daily------------------------------- aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night------------------- cleano face wash (lords) wash face with this face wash before applying creams---------------- 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily avoid fast food, junk food, fried food, chocklates, dry fruits, ketchups, cold drinks take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily natural method to treat acne- take 10 leaves each of mint (pudina, holy basil (tulsi) and chinchona off (neem. Now make the passte of all 3 in a chopper.
