I am 21 years old. I had a migraine problem. I took treatment for couple of months. But it seems no relief in pain.

Headaches due to migraine is very common these days especially in young adults because of there lifestyle and working environment. Sometimes pain is very severe on one side of the head.  So I would recommend you to avoid stress and anxiety, quiet the mind from distractions. Stay calm positive and do deep breathing exercises, listen some music that would give you some relaxation. If pain is severe then place ice pack over forehead and lie down for some time to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full life. Massage your head using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body. You can use mint or clove spray for inhaling in case of headache. If pain is severe you can also apply ginger paste over the painful area. Avoid taking caffeine, alcohol, phenylethylamine (found in chocolate and cheese), tyramine (found in nuts and fermented meats, cheeses, and soy), and aspartame (in many artificially sweetened foods) as sometimes these all exaggerate pain instead use basil leaves tea or ginger tea boiled nicely in water without milk. Regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. Avoid fasting - Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings. Make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. Take min 7 hours of sleep. Make a habit of 20-25 min walking daily along with some meditations. If required then only take pain relieving tablets. For more help or instructions please consult. Good Luck and Get Well Soon.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. I am suffering from migraine headache from past few years ago and I am not able to bear. I got used to take pain killers but I think it did not work.

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

Dyslexia - 10 Signs Your Child Maybe Suffering From It!

All parents expect their child to start going to school, learn writing and learning and do well in academics. However, children with dyslexia may not be able to progress at school at the same pace as others. The good news is that there are early pointers that can help a parent to identify dyslexia in the early stages. This can be helpful in training and support the child socially to learn and socialise normally.  Dyslexia is a disability that affects both spoken and written language. They have a different learning style and when supported and encouraged, instead of mocked and insulted, they can become avid readers. The following are common 10 indicators of developing dyslexia in children, in general, and at school.

10 Behavioural signs to watch for in general:

  1. The child usually has difficulty concentrating and following instructions
  2. The child is easily distracted, seems to daydream, and tends to forget words.
  3. Poor personal organisation skills and is not very good at time keeping.
  4. May get confused between today, tomorrow, yesterday; east and west; right and left; up and down.
  5. Has difficulty remembering seasons, months and days.
  6. Tends to be doing something to avoid work.
  7. Seems distracted, and ‘daydream,’ does not seem to listen
  8. Requires a lot of effort focusing on things at hand and is constantly tired.
  9. Slow pace of processing in terms of spoken or written language
  10. Often appears withdrawn or lost in his own world.

10 Behaviours to watch for at school:

  1. Poor standard of writing and written work in comparison with oratory skills.
  2. Poor handwriting with badly formed letters.
  3. Confused easily between similar looking letters like m/w, n/u, b/d.
  4. Usually, messes up work by using close but wrong spellings and rewriting the same
  5. Mixes up words by using similar-looking words – quiet and quite, tired and tried.
  6. Same word is spelt differently at different times
  7. Poor motor skills and pencil grip leading to slow, inaccurate writing
  8. Produces a lot of phonetic spelling which does not change with repeated corrections
  9. There is difficulty in blending words together, and struggles a lot when asked to read out loud, can miss out or add words that are familiar in between
  10. Has difficulty connecting the story that is being written or read

As noted, these children have very inconsistent behaviour with very limited understanding of nonverbal communication. If these symptoms go on increasing as they grow, it is advisable to seek professional help so that support can be provided and the condition can be arrested at the early stages. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychiatrist.

If you feel hypoglycemia than to have 4 teaspoon sugar immediately with water. Reduced your medicine dose. Increase your small frequent meal in every 2 hour. When you go to bed than to have 1glass tonnes milk with 2 to 4 marie or salty biscuits this will help or prevent coma at night.

I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals.
