Hello- Masturbation is beneficial if done within controlled limits. It removes dead sperms and accelerates the production of new and more healthy and motile sperms in the system. Vice versa, over masturbation result in lack of body deposits and hence reduces the sperm count and volume. So do not masturbate more thn once a week, keep the pace with good nourishing diet and exercise. You will be benefited.

Hello There are many homoeopathic medicines that are effective in treatment of piles just like nux vomica. I suggest you to consult a homoeopathic doctor personally to get it cured. To reach permanent relief, a complete case taking is required and that is possible if you consult a physician. Homoeopathy has no fixed medicines for a fixed disease. It has many medicines for one disease and vice versa. These medicines are quite effective and give a prolonged relief. Kindly eat fibre rich diet to avoid constipation, eat green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water, follow exercise be it in form of a walk or yoga regularly. Take care.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus is a disease occurring due to either lack of insulin or resistance to its action or both as in t2 dm or total absence of insulin as in t1 dm. T1 is usually seen in younger age, starting with early childhood on wards. Here the only treatment is insulin injections, there is no other option. Plus diet control and exercise. In t2 there are a number of drugs used apart from insulin injections, plus the modified life style. The exact" solution" will depend upon type of diabets one has. Whatever may be the option it will have to be continued for life time.

Am taking panazep 12.5 over 3 years. This medicine was prescribed by a doctor (md, neurology). He told me to decreas this medicine by one fourth and then gradually I have to stop taking this. But whenever I tried to this above said suggestions I don't feel safe, it's seems to me feel like that my heart gonna block and I will die soon. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart.
