First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Though it is a well-known fact that the vertical body height is determined by genetic factors, it can be even influenced to an extent by physical factors like diet and exercise. Mostly, growth stops after the onset of puberty when the growth plates in the long bones in our body get fused. However, growth still continues for some people even at the age of 22-25 and so, it is possible to add a few inches to your height even after this stage by resorting to exercise to increase height gravity adversely affects your height by compressing your spines and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage, giving you a shorter appearance. Hanging on a vertical bar is a simple way to combat this problem. Hanging makes the lower torso? s weight stretch the spine and decreases the pull on the vertebras. This results in increasing the height by 1 to 2 inches, but not instantly. A horizontal bar for this should be placed at such a height that it allows the body to extend with room to move. If your body cannot fully extend, then bend your knees slightly in order to hang freely. Ensure that while grasping the bar, your palms are facing outwards. While hanging keep your arms, shoulders and hips as relaxed as possible, so that the gravity effectively pulls the body further. For additional benefits, you can try wearing ankle weights. This process should last for 20 seconds with a gap in between and should be repeated at least 3 times. This can most certainly be considered a good choice among the height increasing exercises any queries inform me.

Hello, it will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

U should show a dermatologist. Soframycin will not control oilyness which cause pimples. Wash your face twice a day with good acne wash and take proper pimples medicines with a balanced diet. It would help.

Hi, the causes for going tired with little effort r under noted: * improper intake of calories, causing weakness. * imbalanced glucose level in blood. * gastric disorder. * hypertension/hypo tension. * hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism. * stress, /anxiety I am of the opinion that you r missing your meal and breakfast, being interested in junk food. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. * take your breakfast and meal in time, avoiding junk food. * go for meditation for 30 mts to reduce your stress. * take at least 1200-1600 calories/day. Hi, You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. If you are talking about acne pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with the help of various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. But getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible. ******Do consult a dermatologist******

Hello Doctor, From past few months (3 months) I am not feeling very great. I feel low in energy all the time and when I stand on my feet I feel like I have to hold onto something to be steady though I don't feel I am fainting or I will fall or lose my balance. But yes I feel like that I am disbalancing a bit. Secondly, I have this problem of heartburn and gas as well. No matter what I eat, sometimes I get severe heart burn and sometimes I am OK. Gas is constantly building whenever I eat anything. I would say that 65% after eating anything I get heartburn. Thirdly, I get palpitations and I think I have become very sensitive. Sensitive in the sense that whenever I am sleeping or resting on my bed, even a small sound or a bang or anything or even a slight banging makes me feel like my heart is pounding/dropping/ or something (dil ghabrana ek dum se). From past few days I got this pain in my chest (right side). Pain is not severe but it is disturbing and I don't feel comfortable at all. My stomach is upset all the time and some pain in bowel. I have got an ultrasound done, I can attach a copy of it if required. I feel low everything and I spend most of my time worrying about things or how to sort my life out. When I think too much these problems becomes intense and I feel really uncomfortable with all this happening. Headache is another issue, regular pain in temples of my head and itching inside my ear is also there. I have tried a lot of doctors but not happy with what they have suggested me. I would request you to consult or advice me in a best possible way please.

Firstly relax take it easy, with some discipline in life and medicine you can start feeling better get following tests and if already done write report blood cbc, blood sugar f/pp, lipid profile and thyroid hormones t3, t4, tsh get bp, ecg /tmt- treadmill test and echo. Start doing following you have to improve your food habits 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation report feed back with what ever reports available earliest good luck.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Wrist Fracture Procedure - Facts You Should Know About

A broken wrist is known as a wrist fracture and it may occur due to a variety of causes starting from undue pressure on the wrist which can result in an injury as well as debilitating conditions like arthritis, which makes the bones and joints prone to fractures. There are also non displaced breaks, which are stable kinds of fractures and in which, the wrist remains in its place. Let us find out more about the kinds of fractures and the procedures for treatment of the same.

Type of Fracture: The wrist is basically made up of eight small bones that connect the two long arm bones, which are known as the radius and ulna and create the forearm. The broken wrist can take place in any of these bones. A hand surgeon will generally take a look at this kind of fracture and determine whether it is displaced, stable or open. As discussed earlier, a wrist fracture can be of various types. While a non displaced wrist fracture is a more stable kind that does not really require much more than rest or medication, a displaced wrist fracture is a non stable kind where dislocation happens.

Other Factors: There are a variety of other factors that will be taken into consideration in order to repair this kind of a fracture. To begin with, the Orthopaedic specialist will consider your age and the kind of job, hobbies and other kinds of activities that you indulge in. Also, the doctor will try to ascertain whether or not you are in good health on an overall basis. The presence of other injuries will also be taken into account for this kind of an injury in there has been a bike or car accident that has caused the fracture.

Treatment: The method of treatment will vary as per the considerations listed above. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Mr Amit, Diabetes mellitus usually does not produce any symptoms, so many persons do not come to know that they have it. When fully developed it may cause excess urination, excess thirst, excess hunger, unexplained weight loss and early tiredness. When the disease develops, then proper treatment with anti diabetes drugs is a must, along with regular exercise and diet control are essential part of the therapy. It is a preventable disease, if one adapts a modified lifestyle like regular exercise, restricted and balanced diet, no smoking and alcohol and maintaining normal weight.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Your bp is high, sugar is in normal range and total cholesterol is high but get lipid profile done, get bp monitored and treated accordingly, reduce salt and sugar to bare minimum as fruits and vegetables give us enough of essential salts, minerals and vitamins. No added salt or packed food as salt is a preservative. Avoid excess salt as it leads to water retention and higher bp, but there is no need to take bland salt free diet, some additive to give taste is allowed. Take sendha namak as sodium is less in it compared to table salt.

Make sure when you are not doing gym or any other exercise in those days do not overeat, and try to walk or do jogging for 30 minutes, once weak eat only fruits, try not to eat anything after sunset, if its not possible than do very light dinner before 8 pm.
