Hye. Thanks for the query. Depending on the type and level of workout you do, your protein needs may vary anywhere from 1.2 to 1.8 gms per kilograms of body weight. This needs to be assessed taking into consideration your intake, history etc too. But remember it's not all about only protein. Protein has to be in a balance with carbohydrates and fats as well.

I am 15 year old boy I am having so much oily skin and because of oily skin my skin is getting darker and I am having pimples on faces and darkspots so what can I do?

Face wash with rejuglow facewash / episoft oc cleanser / saslic ds wash 2-3 times daily. Stop oil application over scalp. Avoid sweets in diet. Increase water intake. For pimples- aclind gel / faceclin gel for application twice daily over affected area. Tab. Limcee 500 mg once daily for one month, tab. Ascazin twice daily for one month. For marks (spots)- ducray photoscreen depigment cream / demelan cream for application once weekly at night (very little on marks only). Combination peels to clear face & spots done at skin clinic by dermatologist.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.

5. Mouth ulcer, sore throat : Leaves Gargle 5-6 times daily

Add Coconut milk ( Crush 1/4 of Fresh Coconut and add lukewarm water , sieve and consume it. ) in breakfast or after 1 hour of breakfast and also take it in evening . It will improve weight and stamina and best suitable for summers too. Along this, you can take 5 gm mix of Ashwagandha and Shatavari Kulp ( mix them in equal ratio) . along Coconut milk. Take 5 meals per day ( 3 main meals+ 2 snacks) .

Hi. I have gone through your question about back pain. I understand your concern and would like to help you out. First thing about your question I would like to tell you is medical history by patient should be elaborate not short. This doesn't help doctors to diagnose the problem as there are many causes for back pain. Due to inadequate history, I'll tell you general measures to control back pain. Do not lift weight or do not bend forward. Use hot fomantation twice daily for few days. Do back strengthening exercises.

Applying Aloe vera gel with coconut oil prevents hair loss? Is there any side effects? Please give me a solution.

Hi lybrate-user. There are several types of hair loss and there are several causes for hair loss. Applying coconut oil may help to some extent in strengthening hair roots. But there is no evidence to say that aloe vera with coconut oil will prevent hair loss. However there are no side effects.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.
