This is due to lack of protective layer which is due to lack of iron diet and lack of hydration, to maintain your diet you need to take healthy diet with fresh fruits and shakes and juices.

Increased fat deposition in the abdomen is prone to cause gerd. Reflux disease. Give priority to weight loss and all nice things will follow the suit. Let it be a slow start but a definite one. Let there be small steps but deliberate one in positive direction. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables. Reduce sugar intake increase protein intake which will give you long term feeling of satiety. I promise you. If you start in a right direction, you will reach your goal even if the steps are small. Start walking daily. Increase the duration and distance gradually. Learn to say loud no to the junk food. You will do it. Good luck.

Pain in anus is not usually due to haemorrhoids. It is usually due to cut or abrasion in the anal mucosa.(ref. Anal fissure). You must avoid constipation. Take plenty of fluids, fibre rich diet and fruits. Avoid non-veg and fried food. Take warm sitz bath twice a day. If the problem persists, you should consult some surgeon in person. Thanks.

his medications for high bp needs to be increased. as far as his stomach is concerned he seems to have acid peptic disease which requires therapy. he should take small frequent meals take enough salads not lie down immediately after meals avoid smokin oily and spicy food.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity. Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently. - Avoid alcohol consumption.

Hi. I am 20 years I use to have vomiting in morning doc told me its due to acidity. After having my breakfast I use to have vomiting. Or after eating my lunch or dinner I fell like vomiting. I had all my test whether its chest lungs but nothing came out I am just having allergy. and sinus little bit. Few doc told me girls log ka vomiting sicological hota h we do not have the reason. It may gas-distention trouble due to indigestion. Have simple bland food (Khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. Drink lot of water. Add Jeera, Ajwain, Sonth in your food items – these herbs prevent gas formation. Reduce intake of tea – coffee. Instead you can have green tea. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. Have more of Coconut Water, Gulkand etc to relieve acidity, Avoid too much of Cauliflower, Peas, Brinjals, Namkeens as snacks etc. Do regular walking and mild exercises. You may also do a weekly fast – just to relax and calm down your system. Fasting also helps in cleansing of the system.

I am suffering from anxiety disorder, panic attacks and depression from past 8 years. I have consulted many psychiatrist but everything was in vain. I am taking etilaam ds from past 4 years but the medicine works for only 6 hours. Hi, take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

Brush your teeth, tongue, roof of your mouth, and gums using toothpaste. Rinse your mouth with mouthwash. Drink liquids, chew sugar-free gum or mints, or suck on sour candies. Use plastic utensils if you have taste alteration when eating.

To improve digestion power you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . •To make your digestion good take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin ), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya) , 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds ) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food , spicy food , excessive consumption of tea , coffee and alcohol .
