Sir I am 35 year old and diabetic my ppbs blood sugar level is 265. My nasal drainage for fungal culture report shows aspergillus species. My blood sugar level is not going down. I am taking insugen 30/70 38 in the morning and 30 in the night and glyree 2 mg twice daily. I am increasing my insulin level still my blood sugar is not getting control. For real obstinate cases of dandruff where regular anti-dandruff shampoos don’t work, include zinc and essential fatty acids which guard against dandruff and a dry scalp. Foods such as whole wheat, oats, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, cashews, soybean and vegetable oils are good sources of zinc and essential fatty acids."

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

I am getting regular pimples on my body. My back is full of pimples. Suggest how it would be ok.
Apply Fuller's earth on back. And full body too. Wash with Neem water. Orally take Neem, Manjishtha, Haridra. After it settles, apply 'Varanyadi gana' herbal combo for two weeks. Keep bowels clean. Eat light, non/ less oily food.

There will be no problem if blood goes in vagina, but if he bleeds often then he will need a small operation to stretch skin fold.

5 Foods For a Good Night Sleep

Everyone knows that drinking a cup of coffee before bed can leave you tossing and turning for hours. Eating the right food not only gives the body the right kind of nutrition, it also affects the quality of your sleep. While some foods are sleep deprivers, others are sleep enhancers. Here are a few such types of food that you can include in your diet to improve your sleep.

  1. Cherries: Cherries are rich sources of melatonin. This is the chemical responsible for controlling the body’s internal clock. A serving of tart cherries in their raw, whole form or a glass of cherry juice(without added sugars) can improve sleep quality and help treat chronic insomnia. It can also be used to fight jet lag.
  2. Walnuts: These nuts are rich sources of an amino acid known as trytophan. Trytophan boosts serotonin and melatonin production thus regulating the body’s sleep-wake cycle. This can help you fall asleep faster and avoid tossing and turning.
  3. Milk: A glass of warm milk is a well known home remedy for insomnia. Milk or any form of dairy is rich in tryptophan. As mentioned above, this helps people fall asleep faster by regularizing their circadian rhythm. Additionally, calcium also helps regulate muscle movements and calms the body by fighting stress and stabilizing nerve fibers. If you don’t like the thought of plain milk, you could try other forms of dairy like cheese and yogurt.
  4. Rice: Jasmine rice and other forms of white rice have a high glycemic index. This means that the body digests rice slowly and hence releases glucose produced during digestion very gradually into the body. This helps cut down the time it takes to fall asleep. A gradual absorption of glucose in the body also prevents a ‘sugar high’ and its accompanying crash. This helps prevent waking up in the middle of the night and ensures that you sleep through the night comfortably.
  5. Bananas: Bananas are great not only for your overall health but also for your sleep cycle. Bananas are rich sources of magnesium and potassium. These are natural muscle relaxants that promote sleep. They also help fight sleep disorders such as restless leg syndrome and muscle cramps to give you a more restful sleep. Bananas are also rich in carbohydrates that are slow to digest and hence make people fall asleep faster. Combining bananas and milk is a sure shot way of falling asleep faster. Hi lybrate-user, thanks for the query. You should try more salads and fresh vegetables in your daily diet. It acts like antioxidants and helps you rejuvenate your body cells. Seasonal fruits are also helpful. Avoid bakery items and fatty food. Avoid regular sour food. Keep a regular exercise schedule and sleep schedule fixed. All the best.

This pain in the chest will be for 8-12 months. It is due to the approximation of the bones by metal stitch. You need not worry. It will slowly settle down.

Presently your diabetes is perfectly controlled on the dietary prevautions you are taking. Continue same. No need of any medicines now. Do 30 mins of brisk walk regularly too.

Thoda thoda do tin ghante se khana. Avoid junk, fried, spicy, chinese food, avoid chuttneys. Dhire dhire chabake bina bat ki ye khana. Din me kamse kam 30 se 40 minute chaliye, yoga, pranayam bhi regular kijiye. Pahle koi bimari thi? dysentery? diarrhea? jaundice, blood or stool report? consult for further guidelines &allied therapy.
