Apart from low fat, low sugar diet, excercise is good for reducing cholestrol levels. But taking muscle suppliments are not advisable, you should consult dietician for appropiate diet for you, keeping high uric acid and cholestrol in mind. Drink plenty of water.

Kindly get scaling and polishing done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.
