Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Beetroot juice to stop hair fall This is the finest kitchen remedy to stop hair loss and promotes hair regrowth. Beetroot is rich in phosphorous, calcium, protein, potassium, carbohydrates, vitamin B and C. These are very essential nutrients for hair growth. Drink beetroot juice daily or include it in your regular diet for fast and healthy hair growth. Alternatively you can also use beetroot leaves to your scalp and hairs. Boil the beetroot leaves in water and make a paste. Apply this thick paste to scalp and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse off with water. Follow this procedure at least twice in a week for better hair growth and quick results. Coconut milk for hair regrowth Coconut milk consists of fats and proteins. It promotes hair regrowth and controls hair loss. For quick results apply the coconut milk to the scalp and hairs. Grate the coconut and grind it in a mixer. You can extract the milk from this paste and apply the milk directly to the scalp and hair ends. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour and shampoo the hair afterwards. It will stops hair thinning and promotes hair regrowth.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I am 49 years female weight 61 kg, height 5 feet. Suffering fron right knee pain for 8 years approximately. I am taking 1 tablet shelcal os and 1 tablet revital women daily after dinner on my own. I consulted doctor few years back he did xray and it is alright. Previously I feel pain when climbing stairs but now I am feeling pain when I go to evening walk too. Hi, you are over weight by 17 kg approx. Please, reduce your wet to over come your problem. Go for a wall in d morning. Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain.

कमर दर्द मे वजन को न उठाये ज्यादा लचीले गद्दे का प्रयोग न करे छुक कर कोई काम न करे कोई करे की छुटने के काम से दूर और कमर सीधे कर दस मिनट रहे कमर के लिए सीधे लेट कर अपने घुटने को मोड़ कर दोनो हाथ से पकड़ कर 10सेंकीड रखे फिर र दूसरे घुटने को भी ऐसे ही करे तीसरे बार दोनो हाथ से दोनों घुटनों को 10सेकिड के लिए अपने सीने से जोड कर रखे ओर साथ मे सिकाई भी करे

I have 3.5 years boy, got diagnosed by rickets, currently we are giving him uprise d 1 ml morning and night respectively as well as ostocalcium, 2 days back we got some urine issue and found phiomosis, done urine routine found 4+ protein in it, can guide was it due to current infection or guide for proper treatment. It is due to urine infection. Get urine test done for pus cells, if pus cells are present then I advise you for private consultation from me where I will tell you treatment for this.
