To increase digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do running and jogging exercise daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.

Lybrate-user ji, I do not know your age and your menstriual status. The vague pains you are describing may be due to osteoporosis which means lack of calcium in bones. I feel you need calcium vit. D suppliments and the vague pains in the body should go.

इमली के पत्तों के कई औषधीय गुण होते हैं. इमली का पेड़ बहुत विशाल होता है. इसके जड़, तना, छाल, पत्तियों, फल और फुल सबका औषधीय महत्व है. इमली के फल को हमारे यहाँ खाद्य पदार्थों में खट्टापन लाने के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है. तो आइए देखते हैं कि इमली के पत्तों के कितने फायदे हैं.

1. अल्सर के उपचार में
इमली के पत्ते का उपयोग अल्सर जैसे बीमारियों से लड़ने में भी कर सकते हैं. जाहिर है अल्सर में कई बार असहनीय दर्द होता है. इसके उपचार में इमली के पत्ते महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं.
2. स्कर्वी के उपचार में
नाविकों के रोग से मशहूर स्कर्वी नामक रोग विटामिन सी की कमी से होता है. इसके लक्षणों में मसूड़ों और नाखूनों से खून निकलना और थकान प्रमुख है. इमली के पत्ते उच्च एस्कार्बिक एसिड से भरपूर होते हैं. जो कि एंटी स्कर्वी के रूप में काम करता है.
3. उच्च रक्तचाप के उपचार में
इमली के पत्ते आपको उच्च रक्तचाप में भी मदद करते हैं. आज बदली हुई जीवनशैली के कारण उच्च रक्तचाप की समस्या बेहद आम हो गई है.
4. शुगर को नियंत्रित करने में
हमारे शरीर में रक्त शर्करा के स्तर को नियंत्रित करने में इमली के पत्तियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है. इससे इन्सुलिन की संवेदनशीलता में वृद्धि हो जाती है. इस तरह ये शुगर की बिमारी में राहत देने का काम करता है. पीलिया को ठीक करने में भी इसकी भूमिका देखी गई है.
5. सूजन को कम करने में
इमली के पत्तों के तमाम फायदों में एक ये भी है कि इससे सूजन को कम किया जा सकता है. इसका प्रयोग आप चाहें तो जोड़ों के दर्द में भी कर सकते हैं.किसी तरह के चोट से भी हुए सूजन को ये कम कर सकती है.
6. मलेरिया के उपचार में
जाहिर है कि मलेरिया बुखार मादा एनोफेलिज़ नामक मच्छर के काटने से होता है. एक शोध में ये पाया गया कि इमली के पत्तियों का अर्क प्लाज्मोडियम फाल्सीपेरम के विकास को प्रभावित करता है. आपको बता दें कि यही मलेरिया बुखार के होने का कारण है.
7. एंटीऑक्सीडेंट के रूप में
एंटीऑक्सीडेंट का महत्व हमारे शरीर में बहुत ज्यादा है. एंटीऑक्सीडेंट फ्री रेडिकल्स से छुटकारा दिलाते हैं. जाहिर है फ्री रेडिकल्स त्वचा कैंसर और कई अन्य समस्याएं उत्पन्न करते हैं. इमली के पत्ते एंटीऑक्सीडेंट से भरपूर होते हैं जिससे कि ये इसमें काफी मददगार होते हैं.
8. इन्फेक्शन में
विटामिन सी की भण्डार इमली की पत्तियां किसी भी सूक्ष्मजीव के संक्रमण से हमारे शरीर की रक्षा करता है. जाहिर है इससे शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है. इसके पत्तों का प्रयोग जननांग संक्रमण को भी रोकता है. तो संक्रमण से बचने में भी इमली के पत्ते हमारी मदद करते हैं.
9. माउथ फ्रेशनर के रूप में
जाहिर है मुंह का दुर्गन्ध रहित रहना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है. मौखिक स्वच्छता यानी माउथ फ्रेशनर के रूप में इसका इस्तेमाल आपको बेहतर परिणाम देता है. तो अब से आप माउथ फ्रेशनर के रूप में इमली के पत्तों का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं. जाहिर है ये आयुर्वेदिक भी है.
10. पीरियड्स और स्तनपान में
पीरियड्स के दौरान ऐंठन, पेट दर्द आदि समस्याओं से निपटने के लिए इमली के पत्तियों और छाल के अर्क का उपयोग करते हैं. ऐसा इमली के पत्तों का एनाल्जेसिक होने के कारण होता है. स्तनपान के दौरान इमली के पत्तियों का प्रयोग करने से माताओं के दूध की गुणवत्ता में काफी सुधार आता है.
11. घाव भरने में
इमली की पत्तियां एंटीसेप्टिक गुणों से युक्त होती हैं. इसलिए इमली के पत्तियों का रस जब घावों पर लगाते हैं तो इससे घाव तेजी से ठीक होता है. इसका रस अन्य संक्रमण और परिजिवी का विकास रोकने के साथ-साथ नई कोशिकाओं का निर्माण भी तेजी से करता है.

Dear lybrate user, welcome to lybrate. The duty of your mind is to think. You cannot control your mind's thinking. Once you just leave your mind without diversion, it always end up in negative territory. But certainly you can divert your thinking. You can make your mind to be always positive by engaging in creative activities, hobbies, games and passionate towards whatever you do. Thereby you can reduce your stress and tension also. If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

Looks like you had food allergy and it has resulted in rashes on your skin. Please take cetirizine or allegra after food twice a day. Also please don't eat the food items which trigger allergic reaction in you.

Dear, the lip swelling is due to hypersensitivity of your body & sometimes due to anemia. * first avoid eating those items that increase swelling and eat natural foods more. * if you get swelling then apply milk cream or milk fat (desi ghee) on lips for 15-20 minutes. * do not rub or press the lips again and again because lips are very sensitive and rubbing raise lip swelling. * take anti allegic medicine like cetrizine or any other instantly only after consulting physician. * wash your lips with luke warm water containing a pinch of salt. Fill your mouth with this water and take out after 30-40 seconds. Repeat it for atleast 2-3 times to get relief from swelling. * avoid eating very cold foods like ice cream and high chilly food items. * check your hemoglobin level & if the level is low then take full treatment.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Badiaga 200, Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.
