Please Do not worry. U can take Protein diet, Fruit Juice and salad and take warm water. Don't take tablets because it will be site effected for your health.

I am suffering from obesity my current weight is 120 and I want my to be loose at least 25 kg.
Hi, use honey and lemon in the morning which boosts your immunity and metabolism. Its better to have small and frequent meals and this type of diet keeps you fit. It generally includes a 6 meal pattern where you will have breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, evening snack, Dinner and bed time snack. Include high fibre foods like whole grains, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits and skimmed milk, lean meat, skin out chicken, fish, salads, beverages like green tea, lemon tea, buttermilk. Avoid refined carbohydrates, oily and fried foods, butter, ghee, red meat, junk food, carbonated beverages. Give a gap of 2 hours between dinner and sleep and start walking at least 20-30 minutes a day initially and you can extend it 1-2 km per week depending on your tolerance. Stay hydrated all the time and take stairs instead of lift, in a healthy way you can reduce 2 kg per month.

If you are serious about your mood swings then it cannot be from stress but may have deep-rooted origins. You must visit a counsellor and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor, it is advisable for you to do so.In the counseling you will learn a lot of skills and techniques to cope with the everyday challenges of life. If it turns out to be a pathological condition there is much work to be done and your cooperation is in your best interest. Do not self-regulate your medication, and comply with all the advice and prescriptions of the concerned doctors. When the mood swings to a better state, you may deceive yourself by thinking that you can now manage without help. That is a typical danger with this condition. Do not succumb to that belief and trust the professional.

If you do not control at this stage, the limits may be breached. However, lifestyle and food habit changes will set these right without the need of medicines. If need be you may start herbominerals for reducing levels. Gradual effect of herbominerals will have no side effects. Once you start allopathic for lipid reduction, chemical changes caused in body may require you to continue for long/ lifetime and definitely with side effects. If you need further advise, pl consult.
