How can we make our skin glowing. I used to drink amla juice few days ago for last two months, now I stopped drinking it. Now I use to drink 5-6 litre water daily. I don't like applying paste, scrub, face pack, etc. It makes me annoying and irritating! So, Sir/mam how can we make our skin glowing? Can only water make my skin to glow? Or should I follow some other things? I don't know other things so please suggest me something like water which make my skin to glow, instead of applying anything on the face!

For a good and glowing skin, take a proper sleep, plenty of water./ do not step out in the sun, without wearing a sunscreen. Nutritious diet rich in antioxidants (green vegetables and fresh fruits) and avoidance of stress will help. Depigmenting cream or facewash can be recommended to you for improving your condition depending upon your specific hyperpigmentation problem/ skin type.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user In reference to your inquiry, please note that you need not worry, as treatment for this problem of Alopecia is available with us. The causative factors may not be necessarily based into the affected region and may be associated with disorders of internal organs. It is, ‘the nature of the problem’ that calls in for the strategy of the treatment which may include internal remedies supported by external modalities like:- localized immune enhancer activities to affected region i.e. Acupuncture, applications of products with certified organic herbs, modernized cosmetology and procedures based on ancient principles as mentioned in classical text including constitutional diet & yoga. On examination by the concerned Doctor and on case taking these details are given to you as a routine procedure. Alopecia areata is considered an autoimmune disease, in which the immune system, which is designed to protect the body from foreign invaders such as viruses and bacteria, mistakenly attacks the hair follicles, the tiny cup-shaped structures from which hairs grow. This can lead to hair loss on the scalp and elsewhere. Pattern of Hair loss oIn most cases, hair falls out in small, round patches about the size of a quarter. OIn many cases, the disease does not extend beyond a few bare patches. OIn some people, hair loss is more extensive. OAlthough uncommon, the disease can progress to cause total loss of hair on the head (referred to as alopecia areata totalis) or complete loss of hair on the head, face, and body (alopecia areata universalis). The few obvious causes of alopecia are:- oCommonly genetics in male oStress, Strain oEndocrine Disorder oHardworking habit oX-Ray burns & Drug induced alopecia Since the reasons of hair & scalp problems are not mostly into the scalp area most of the external applications are not sufficient alone, to take care of chronic scalp infections. Strengthening the hair follicle by nutritive, circulatory and therapeutic effects remains the essential aim at Valeda Wellness Centers is to ultimately ward off scalp infections, to supplement keratin biosynthesis, to condition hair and improve gloss and appearance of the hair.

How to remove and clean black marks and pimples from my face?
which medicine is used to treatment tis problem?
There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

Hello, I am nikhil and I am 20 years old, I got stretched marks on my shoulder bcoz of do workout in jym. So now my question is how I remove this stretched marks.

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Stretch marks can never be completely removed. It is something you will have to deal with once you lose weight after living your life being overweight or obese. However, you can minimize the nasty appearance of these lines by keeping your skin properly hydrated. Use stretch mark cream or moisturizing lotion to maintain hydration in your skin. Special creams can also give your skin that smooth and supple quality while reducing the itchiness in that area. Staying well-hydrated is indeed an excellent way to reduce the possibility of getting unsightly marks on your skin. Skin creams can also improve the quality of your skin by making it appear more toned, less itchy and more flexible. Drinking plenty of water for proper hydration is another possible means of making these lines on your stomach /arms/ thighs appear not as pronounced as when you have dry skin. Slowly the marks will fade with time but not completely go.

Acne skin care Skin care is an important aspect of acne treatment. 1. Skin hygiene — Wash your face no more than twice daily using a gentle non-soap facial skin cleanser (eg, Cetaphil, foaming face wash, or Dove bar) and warm (not hot) water. Vigorous washing or scrubbing can worsen acne and damage the skin's surface. 2. Do not pick or squeeze pimples because this may worsen acne and cause skin pigmentation and scarring. 3. Sun protection — To minimize skin damage from the sun, avoid excessive sun exposure and use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. More elaborate guidance can be given on further discussions. I would be happy to help you and assist in getting over your problem. Please consult me privately so that a proper solution and treatment plan can be made for your problem. You can book a private in person/text/audio/video appointment for further treatment as per your convenience. All the best.

my face is becoming dull and charmless day by day. Suggest something to have an even tone skin
Hello, Start taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night.

Acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, Don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction(rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, Avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin E on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin E to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study , applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin E either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin E on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (RD) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications . I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for Rx.
