Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise, however in those with irregular periods this ovulation is affected so meet gynecologist early.

No need to wait you can try immediately, but remember Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials before you need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist.

Hello Dear,Periods occur when the egg formed during each menstrual cycle in the female body is not fertilized and hence ejected out of the reproductive system along with blood and several other tissue cells. The duration of each menstrual cycle is about 28 days Most women will experience their monthly period right from the time they are 13 to the time they are 50. For many women, their monthly period is nothing more than an annoyance; but other women may suffer some problems.

I want to know the best time I can have sex for pregnancy as I got married 1 years back and could not conceive.
The best time to try is during your ovulation time (14 days prior to next menstruation) but if you are trying since one year and still you are not concieved, it might be a case of infertility, you need some blood investigation, ultrasound, husband semen sample to know the cause of infertility.

If I get a marry with widow (husband died 2 years ago) then if I make sexual life with her now Is there any problems with both of us related to diseases like hiv or any std Please reply with positive answer please.

Homeopath, Noida
Hiv or std depends upon whether your partner is suffering from it or not. A woman already had sex does not mean she is suffering from hiv or std. There is issue such that.

PCOS is due to a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Risk factors include obesity, not enough physical exercise, and a family history of someone with the condition. Diagnosis is based on two of the following three findings: no ovulation, high androgen levels, and ovarian cysts. Cysts may be detectable by ultrasound. Other conditions that produce similar symptoms include , hypothyroidism, and hyperprolactinemia.they need to be ruled out first. Treatment may involve lifestyle changes such as weight loss and exercise. Birth control pills may help with improving the regularity of periods, excess hair, and acne. Efforts to improve fertility include weight loss, clomiphene, or metformin. In vitro fertilization is used by some in whom other measures are not effective. Where PCOS is associated with overweight or obesity, successful weight loss is the most effective method of restoring normal ovulation/menstruation, Not all women with PCOS have difficulty becoming pregnant. For those that do, anovulation or infrequent ovulation is a common cause. Other factors include changed levels of other hormones in body. Like women without PCOS, women with PCOS that are ovulating may be infertile due to other causes, such as tubal blockages due to a history of sexually transmitted diseases. For those women that after weight loss still are anovulatory or for anovulatory lean women, then the ovulation-inducing medications clomiphene citrate and FSH are the principal treatments used to promote ovulation.Previously, the anti-diabetes medication metformin was recommended treatment for anovulation, For women not responsive to clomiphene and diet and lifestyle modification, there are options available including assisted reproductive technology procedures such as controlled ovarian hyperstimulation with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) injections followed by in vitro fertilisation (IVF)

I am now 36 years old. When I was about 20 years I felt pain in my penis on erection. I had not consulted any doctor but after 2-3 months pain of penis automatically cured. Due to that pain right side vain of my penis had shrinked and my penis became right side curved and my penis became smaller than earlier. Root of my penis also shrinked at that time and top side became thicker than root. Till now I have not consulted any doctor. I am also habitat of handsex from childhood. I was married at 30 years and also I have a 5 years old son. But till now I have not satisfied during intercourse because my ejaculation occurs only after 5-6 movement of penis in vagina. My penis is too shortened slim that my wife cannot feel when it goes inside vagina. I want to cure my penis and increase size at least 6-7 inches and thigh so that my wife and me can fully satisfy our sex life. Please say what to do?

Hello, If you had your bleeding after ipill intake then you are not likely to be pregnant, but if the bleeding was less then there could be chances of pregnancy, so you should opt for a serum beta hcg test. If the hcg levels are less than 3mIU then you are pregnancy safe.
