Hi lybrate-user Developing "pyorrhoea" at 19 years is not a very good sign for the future well being of your teeth. It suggests at least some degree of negligence and carelessness on your part. Also, gum disease arising at such an early age might be more aggressive in its overall natural progression. I suggest that you consult with a professional dental surgeon or a periodontist at the earliest to allow institution of appropriate therapy as early as possible during the course of the disease, so as to minimize permanent damage.

Because our height it too good but health is not good.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Satisfaction in every relation is very important. However, there are times, when due to certain factors or conditions most of us fail to achieve it. Two things that most men are generally insecure about are sex and the size of their penis. They are always concerned if their penis size is above average and their performance in bed is good. Although the size of their penis, is not in their control, they can definitely make a positive difference in bed, by holding ejaculation for a longer period of time. 

A recent research had revealed that 45% of men last for a less period of time, that is, only about 2 minutes. This statistic may be quite disappointing, but when it comes to lasting longer in bed, the situation can be improved by following some useful tips.

Here are 3 ways in which you can last longer in bed, and make your sex life more fulfilling: 

  1. The stop-start technique: This technique is quite useful and has great results. When you start getting stimulated and reach the point of your arousal where you cannot hold on any longer- stop. Stop for about 10 seconds and allow your arousal to subside. Continue to do this for a few times, and then release. 
  2. The squeeze technique: Research has shown that in case you are close to ejaculation, stop and gently squeeze just below the penis head. The pressure is aimed towards the urethra and it helps in repressing your ejaculation. 
  3. Use desensitizing rubbers: A very effective way to hold back your ejaculation is by wearing desensitizing condoms. These condoms feature a desensitizing lubricant known as benzocaine. But while using a condom, make sure you put it on the right side up or the lubricant will end up affecting your partner's vagina, making sex more difficult.

These techniques are better as during the sex we do not remember everything. When we are going for sex, first of all, we should be stress-free; second, should not have heavy food and mind make up for sex with a partner. Take one glass warm and sweet milk with some dry fruits before two hours from sex. Avoid tea coffee and sore foods. These things make better our sex life.milk 

Certain lifestyle changes have also been found to help improve your sex life. For instance, a vegetarian diet and pelvic exercises make you stronger and better in bed. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

Protein requirement of an individual is calculated as per the ideal body weight. But for calculating IBW we need your current height measurement that has not been mentioned here. For height 5'8" 60 g protein is needed per day. Whatever be the protein requirement, it can be easily met via diet comprising of milk, curd, channa, lassi, buttermilk, soyabean/nutrella/tofu, egg, fish, chicken, nuts, oilseeds, sprouts. Protein requirement may increase in case of very extensive gym workouts done for long periods of time.

I have a problem of throat infection that often CME when ever I drink water from outside any water apart frm my home water affects my throat the pain is very severe that I am unable to swallow my own saliva I even get fever bcoz of that pain. I can't carry my water bottle where ever I go please help.

You are allergic. Of some impurities ingediant of drinking water out side so you have to carry the water from home or you should boil the eaterbfrom outside water sources.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Only shampoos will not help. You need proper treatment for hairfall. There are many causes for hairfall according to my research. Read this article --- alopaecia or hair loss: on an average hair grows about 13 mm a month. They grow more at night than day and faster in summer than winter. Healthy adults normally shed between 50-100 hairs each day. Causes: hereditary severe illness high fever nutritional deficiencies. Scalp infections stress certain drugs like cytotoxic anti-cancer drugs and strong antibiotics hormonal changes esp. During pregnancy and also after leaving the contraceptive pill. Certain chemicals, like those used to purify swimming pools. Wear and tear of over-grooming. Bleaching. Repeated bleaching with hydrogen peroxide can cause split ends perming and dyeing. Temporary dyes are not as harmful as permanent dyes which can damage the hair shaft. Symptoms: sudden or gradual change in any of the 4 factors: density, texture, pattern and colour. Broken hair or split ends. Do's and do not's: recognize signs of stress and identify the causes. At work reduce stress by learning to avoid long hours, not accepting unrealistic demands, setting realistic goals, accepting changes optimistically and not taking work-related problems home. At home air, your grievances, share your problems and regular weekend breaks with the family. Your diet should be balanced in vitamins, minerals and proteins. Avoid using dyes, bleaching and perming hair. Avoid washing your hair too frequently. To avoid split ends snip off the ends cleanly every 2 weeks. Otherwise, the split may travel backwards to the root. Avoid tight hairstyles or elastic hair bands. Do not use heated, spiked rollers frequently and never hold the hair dryer too close to the scalp. (at least 15 cms away) never use sharp combs or brushes. Never brush or comb when the hair is wet and always use a towel to dry it gently. Avoid over-zealous scalp massage or brushing. Treatment: homoeopathy has a solution for alopecia thanks.

Hi lybrate-user, Thanks for posting on Lybrate, Our body has sufficient mechanism to retain water when we drink less than usual and to lose water when we drink excess of water. This mechanism is through our kidneys. By and large, 2 litres of water a day would be sufficient for a person. But few people may require less or more than that. So, my advice is. Drink enough water so that you are not feeling thirsty often. If you fell thirsty often, that means your body needs more water than what you are consuming. If you are passing urine repeatedly than usual, you can consider you may require less water than you are consuming. This is considering you do not have Diabetes Mellitus or any kidney problems or other physical ailments. Hope this answers your question. Thanks

Some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood .due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food ,stress less night sleep so take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

Hello. There are few reasons of being underweight. It can be due to lack of physical activity, hereditary, eating disorders and chronic diseases Mainly an underweight person will have lower immunity levels and can easily fall prey to illness and infections and moreover the rate of recovery in underweight people is slower than in healthy individuals. Eat your meals on time and add 500 calories. The amount of calories you take in should be more than the amount of calories you burn. Never skip your breakfast.(always prefer homemade food) Sleep on time. If you sleep late, that eventually disturbs hormones in your body. Basically it is important to sleep before midnight because that sleep is known to be the healing sleep for the body but unfortunately due to our lifestyles most of the people don't get it these days. Also gets 7 to 8 hours of sleep each day. Avoid junk food at any cost. Eat calorie dense food (which includes calorie dense milk shakes). Gaining weight involves consistent eating. Increase your portion size. If for example you usually eat 3 chapatis, then start eating 4th one.
