so far the stomach problems are concern one should get dewarming done at least once a year if not six monthly to get bread of the infestation of intestinal parasites like hook warms, round warms, tape warms it is a single dose medication like albendazole or mebendazole. so get it done.and to avoid hyperacidity you have regular mea l at regular intervals have lots of water by mouth. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. lead a healthy lifestyle. avoid alcohol,junk food. then you can maintain your healthy.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach

My father had hemorrhoid surgery 45 days ago, since then he had pain and blood in stool. He was given various antibiotics and laxatives, sitz bath etc but they were not helping much. Finally someone recommended movicol. Since then his stool is soft and pain has reduced a bit but still it feels painful after bowel movements and while sitting etc. Also there is bleeding while bowel movements. His surgeon, after colonoscopy said since he had 5-6 nodes, both internal and external, so it is taking longer to heal after surgery. He recommended self dilation with size 4,5 and eventually 6 for a month so that anal canal looses out and stool does not rub much with walls, giving it time to heal. I want to know does dilation really help? He fear it would make scar bleed more due to forced stretching? Also how to get rid of pain, blood etc. He thinks initial part of his stool is hard which rubs off his anal walls, thus causing bleeding. Movicol makes rest of the stool soft but not initial part. My questions: 1: does filation help in increasing anal canal size or it makes wound worse? 2: how to make initial part of stool soft? 3: how to get rid of pain and bleeding? How long does it usually take in such cases? My dad is always sad and depressed due to this. Please help. Thanks.

Hi there ~ however, I believe you need to see a surgeon / proctologist for your problem. If the initial part of the stool is hard and rubs off the mucosa causing bleeding then it most likely is an anal fissure which is easily treated by an expert surgeon or a proctologist. Using enema to make initial part of the stool soft using per anal dulcolax may be useful, however you need to consult a surgeon for definitive treatment. The pain and bleeding will be better once a surgical procedure is performed.

Sir, I have a digestion problem from so many years. I go to toilet only one time in 24 hours, I spend so many times in toilet after that toilet is not fresh. I do not know whih I eat where is going. To increase digestion power you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food , spicy food , excessive consumption of tea , coffee and alcohol .

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (PATANJALI AYURVEDA) along with 30 ml of water after meals. C) eat 5 gm of AJOVA seeds along with 5 gm of jaggery after meals D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS….

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Hi, Lack of sleep, untimely food and mental tensions are the causes of acidity in your case. Please get rid of mental stress and take adequate sleep. Otherwise, you health will get upset during the exams and you may not be able to write the exams. Do things in a planned way. If you don't sleep for 2-3 days, you will really suffer from eye pain and headache and acidity. So eat in small quantities frequently and take a small nap once in 4-5 hours while studying which will relax your mind and body.

Mr. lybrate-user. I suggest you to continue this treatment please improve your eating habits take full three meals with lots of vegetables, fruits and plenty of water and if you are passing hard stools add stool softener in your daily routine. please sit in warm water 8-10mints 2 times a day. I hope your problem will improve.

Hi Sir, My age is 30, I am suffering with Grade - 2 fatty liver. please suggest me medicines.
Strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if you are eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. Try to keep your bowel clear. Avoid constipation. Have fresh buttermilk (chaach) at least once a day. Apply any herbal ointment over local affected area daily. Meanwhile you can start with liv. 52 two tsf at bed time with luke warm water at 10 pm night. You may revert after 2 weeks.

Dear Lybrate User, 1.Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style.

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach. Edit answer.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am 65 yr old lady and. I am suffering from osteoporosis and I had undergone Kyphoplasty Surgery where cement was injected into my back bone. I could not get up on my own. I was shouting in pain due to the problem and its slightly more than a year after the surgery and I am able to perform all activities except sitting down on the floor. I am using a chair to sit upon to pass my motion. I am used to sit in the Indian style latrine for motion and now sitting in the stool to pass motion is not making me comfortable to pass motion. I am unable to pass motion without allopathic laxative I am using allopathic laxative for the past 10 months to pass motion. I am also taking pain killers and other allopathic medicines for my osteoporosis issue. I am afraid that the allopathic laxative will be harmful in the long run if I continue taking them. Kindly suggest me a ayurvedic, home. Unani laxative where by I will be able to pass motion sitting on the stool. I also have the issue of gas formation. Also I cannot sit down on the floor, can you suggest some method by which I will be able to sit on the floor and get up on my own. Also my knee joint has become kind of stiff due to not folding and sitting for a long time after my surgery. Your suggestion for the same will be appreciated.
