I have problem with premature-ejaculation and also my want for sex has decreased. And my penis also doesn't erect properly. Earlier I used to masturbate twice or thrice daily and for that reason my end portion of penis has become smaller. How can I increase my want for sex? How can I have sex for long time? How can I get rid of premature ejaculation? How can I make my penis stronger and big and normal in size?

What is More Sexually Satisfying for a Women

MS sexuality, M.Phil Clinical Psychology, PhD (behaviour modification), Certified in Treatment of Resistant Depression
Sexologist, Hyderabad
What is More Sexually Satisfying for a Women

Although survey shows that satisfied women have sex several times a week, two out of five are still left craving more. "Women have a broad definition of sex, so this doesn't necessarily mean they want more intercourse. A woman might just want to feel more sexual in general, so let her know you're thinking about her throughout the day, and make her feel sexy.

The lady Knows She's Hot

Satisfied women don't suffer from low self-esteem—four in five think their partners find them extremely sexy. If want a confident sexual partner, Never criticize other women's bodies. "She'll worry about how you feel about hers. "She won't feel comfortable showing you her body if she's worried you'll think she's fat, ugly, or full of cellulite."

The lady will be expressive about her needs

Satisfied women know what they want, and 87 percent will express it. "A woman comfortable asking for what she wants is going to be orgasmic more of the time. Encourage her openness by increasing sex talk in nonsexual situations. But be sure to look out for nonverbal cues, too. If the lady keeps touching you gently, for example, do that to her too.

Pleasure's the Goal
Sounds crazy, but it's true: Orgasm isn't essential to a woman's sexual satisfaction. Three out of four women say the pleasure from sex makes orgasm less necessary. So relax—your laid-back approach can put her more at ease, making her likely to climax. "The more you try to focus on orgasm, the more you scare it away," says Barbach. Instead, attend to her without that Big-O-or-Big-Zero attitude.

Women don't love sex only for the orgasms, They love it because it brings the couple closer together."

Penis Size just doesn't matter!
The cliché is true: It is how you use it. Only 7 percent of sexually satisfied women say penis size is critical to their pleasure. The other 93 percent say they can be satisfied in other ways. It the hardness and girth that matter more to women than the size of the penis. Passion is what keeps women coming back for more. They were 10 times as likely to rank both passion and generosity as more important than penis size.

Allergic Rhinitis - Signs That You are Suffering from it?

Diploma in Allergy and clinical Immunology, MBBS, MD - Paediatrics

Allergic Rhinitis - Signs That You are Suffering from it?

What is allergic rhinitis?

Allergic rhinitis is defined as allergic symptoms in the nasal passage. Allergic rhinitis can be seasonal (occurring during specific seasons) or perennial (occurring year round). The allergens that most commonly cause seasonal allergic rhinitis include pollens from trees, grasses and weeds, as well as spores from fungi and moulds. The allergens that most commonly cause perennial allergic rhinitis are house dust mites, cockroaches, animal dander and fungi or moulds. Perennial allergic rhinitis tends to be more difficult to treat.

How does allergic rhinitis occur ?

This condition occurs when allergens (allergy- causing substances) come into contact with the nose, and usually also the ears, sinuses, and the throat. When allergens come in contact with the lining of the nose and sinuses, they trigger the cells to release the chemical histamine, which causes the allergy symptoms described below.

What are the symptoms ?

  • Nasal congestion
  • Sneezing
  • Watery " runny nose"
  • Itchy eyes,nose,or throat
  • Puffy eyes or 'allergic shiners'
  • Post nasal drip
  • Tears

These symptoms may occur during a certain season or year long. They can occur at any age.

What is the treatment for allergic rhinitis ?

A number of medications, including antihistamines, intranasal corticosteroids, and decongestants are available to control symptoms. Allergen immunotherapy could provide long lasting benefit. You can "train" your immune system not to react exaggerated to an allergen anymore.

My relationship is in a mess I'm not getting sleep and I can't eat anything beacuse of the stress my boyfriend restricts me in each and everything I do he is abusive abt my pains but he loves me equally too much he loves also what should I do.

In a relationship both partners need to have mutual respect, communication and understanding of each other. If any of these components are missing, relationship would suffer. Its important to understand each other as individual selves and giving personal space and freedom, otherwise conflicts are likely to arise from both sides. To discuss each other needs and what is it that needs to work upon in a relation is another significant requirement. For this, consult a clinical psychologist or a couple therapist who can understand the problem in detail.
