I have hand shivering from childhood. I am really ashamed before other. Can you please tell me how it can stopped. Shivering is more if someone watches when I am doing some sensitive thing.

You probably have essential tremor; this should be confirmed visually by a neurologist; once that is done, it can be treated with drugs in appropriate doses. Et cannot be cured, but the tremor can be improved while on medication.

1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.Check your BP 4. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 5. Go for regular exercise 6. practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis after consulting neurologist

Hi, Take tab. Cephagraine 1-1-1 with ginger juice. Apply ginger paste on the forehead. Instill cephagraine nasal drops 2 drops to each nostril 3 time a day. You can undergo panchakarma treatment like nasya or shirodhara after checking with an ayurvedic doctor.

I am suffering firm insomnia unable to sleep for last few days due to stress of aipmt exam so please do help me and do answer please.

Yes the main cause of insomnia is just because of stress, distractions and anxiety. As you said you are tensed of your aipmt exams so the best way to get rid from insomnia is to reduce the stress level. A physiotherapist can help you to give you the ways to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full sleep. Normal sleep should be 8 hours to keep you fit and healthy. Consult some neurologist/neuropyschiatric and start taking medicine if it is due to some neurological discorder. And consult nearby physio who can make a perfect routine and daily life styl chart to make you relax so that you get an appropriate sleep. Please follow some points that will help you in such condition along with medical treatment: 1) use of ice packs over your eyes or frontal area for some time to give relaxation. 2) massage your head especially forehead area using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body 3) regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. 4) avoid fasting - eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings 5) make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. 6) before sleeping time do some relaxation exercises. - sit on chair with both the hands placed on the pillow placed over thighs. - deep inhale from your nose, mouth should be closed. - hold your breath for the count of 5. - exhale completely from mouth making a loud sound. Continue to do this exercise for 10 times. Before going to bed make a habit of doing this daily. Modified technique of same exercise is while inhaling extend your arms, hold for 5 count and then exhale making your arms back in the rest position. 7) room modification while sleep - make sure room should be dark with no noise. Avoid sleeping immediately after dinner or food. Take a walk for 15 min and then come back, bed should be not too soft not too hard. 8) it is recommended to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. It is also a very good habit to start and finish your day by drinking a good glass of purifying water. 9) exerices like aerobics (running) can be done to make your muscles active. Many other ways are there in order to maintain your life stress free and active so that you can continue to sleep on time and it does affect your life. Good luck and get well soon.

Migrane- It is characterised by one sided headache which is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura and we can start with tablet propranolol after personal examination

L am 19, and suffering from severe migraine from 3 years should I use MEFTAL 500mg as my doctor prescribed it after regular use of NAXDOM 250mg.

Migraine is a relapsing disorder. It aggravates with precipitating factors. Here are few suggestions to avoid relapses - 1) Avoid direct sun exposure for long time, watching TV/ movies in dark rooms 2) Avoid fasting 3) Have adequate sleep at night. Do not change your sleep patterns often 4) Avoid stress, anxiety, excess work load Anyways, if only the recommendations are not working and you still have frequent relapses- 1) Get a treatment for acute migraine attacks 2) Start Prophylaxis treatment for preventing future migraine attacks

1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take shirshooladi vajra ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea. Coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

There is no specific diet to be followed after fits. But patient should avoid cola or aerated cold drinks, excessive coffee, tea, chineese fast foods. Take plenty of fruits, vegetables, diary products.

Exercise for muscles- inflating ballon, oil massage over affected area, hot water fomentation. Avoid oily, spicy,fast, dry,bakery food, avoid cold food, water,drinks, avoid smoking, alcohol,tobacco chewing, use cows ghee in regular diet, warm water for drinking, avoid late night works, use muffler or proper clothing over mouth while travelling. Pregnancy or child birth does not cure seizures unless, it is the cause behind them. If you had seizure during pregnancy then it is likely that after delivery you may not have seizures.

Migrane is one of the common cause for head ache. The exact cause of migraine is not known. Meaning that, it is not known why some people are prone to migraine-related headaches and some others are not. In people with migraine complaints, it is observed that there are usually some triggering factors that bring on the migraine headache. It is advisable to avoid known trigger factors, irregularity in meals, and physical and emotional stress. Diet management is one of the key factor in migraine treatment. Regulate the diet in such a way that food is easily digestible, does not cause any burning sensation. Medication: regulate the digestive level by syp himcocid 2tsf-0-2tsf before food once digestive level is fine treatment can be planned accordingly.

Hello, drink grapes, lemon, carrot, spinach home made juice 1/2 times 8. Mix 10=15 leaves with four cloves and a little dry ginger, grind and apply on forehead keep proper distance n light, when you use computer also check years eyes, whether having number? stay healthy.
