I have somewhat dark skin tone. But compared to my skin colour lips are too dark which is easily noticeable by people. It was not this much dark in some years before. But when I grew older it became darker. How can I solve this problem. Want to know if it is due to any vitamin deficiency? And kindly prescribe any medicine which I can get on any medical stores.

For lip lightening use sebamed spf 30 lip balm before sun exposure. Biluma cream at night. Lactic peels once in a month 5-6 sessions to lighten lip color.

Hello, Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Very bad smell is coming from my friends mouth. I cant tolerate that. What is the cure ?

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Helo lybrate-user. please apply hadensa cream over your anus. Also apply little cream inside the anus. Apply thrice a day. Initially you may feel irritation for 5 mins and then it will settle down. Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

Take punarnavadi mandoor and kanchnar guggul 1-1 tab twice a day...if TSH level is high then you have to take thyroxin tab depending on your condition....

45 years is a long time for tobacco?s chemicals to be coursing through your system. It has probably caused a lot of damage already. But it is never too late to stop. Although I do not know your reason to want to stop but it does sound compelling enough for you to want to even be jailed to keep you off of the cigarettes. You could instead consider admitting yourself into a hospital to detoxify your system to remove the physical craving to some extent and then you can work on the psychological conditioning and dependence. You can also admit yourself into any naturopathy or Ayurvedic institutes to help with the cessation of the smoking habit. They will gladly welcome you, and have had good success rates. You must stop smoking abruptly and immediately. You may use substitutes like nicotine chewing gums, nicotine patches, and electronic cigarettes to ease the craving in the beginning. Nicotine is the addictive substance in tobacco smoke that causes the dependence. There are various conditions tight through the day that your smoking is adapted to and at those times the craving will become very high. You must plan to distract your mind and your body with something more attractive and interesting to do and consume to temporarily stave off the urge. You need to give your decision to quit, wide publicity and keep the company of non-smokers for a long time. Start a good exercise program and healthy eating habits and diet. Work with a counselor through contracts, where both are obliged to support each other through the quitting phase. Do a complete medical check to see what health concerns have been caused by the extensive smoking and take care of those issues too. The decision to quit is a very good starting point, and the damage caused so far could be reversed to a large extent, adding a good many years to your life and saving on all the wasteful expenditure.

Hemanth ! Your increased Sun Exposure is the commonest reason behind Tanning. You can use La Shield Lite Sun screen daily. Apply it 1/2 Hr before going out and if you are in the sun for more than 4 Hrs, re apply the sun screen again. For the existing tan to reduce, I recommend you to see a Medical Cosmetologist Doctor, who will examine you and give you the right kind of treatment.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hello, lybrate user, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Hi, please go for a detailed blood investigation like cbc, widal test, mp, montaux and routine urine examination and then revert back with the reports. Till then keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Continue to take tab. Paracetamol 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Drink only boiled and cooled water.
