Hi lybrate-user a) apply paste of milk and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of rubyclin liquid before meals c) take 1 tsf of haridra khand after meals. D) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati at night prior to sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

I am 50 year old male, even if i do not have cold ,i feel wheazing sound in evening/night which is irritating.I do have a little sinus problem as well. Further i have bad breath also. Plaese help

For bad breath can try bifilac lozenges three/day and oral hyegine.For wheeze go for spirometry to r/o asthma. Also r/o Gerd. Get CT PNS to confirm sinusitis.Can try budamate 200 2 puff /twice/day through spacer. It will help if asthmatic.

Dear user, I don't want to give you false hopes. You can not lose weight in 10 days. Permanent weight loss and building quality muscles should be the right approach to lose weight. Aim to lose 2-3 in one month. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

No medicine will stop you for doing masterbation..its you who can stop it through 1. keeping urself busy 2. do yoga to control thoughts n mind 3. knowing what is side effects of it you can reduce it.. Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Dear Lybrate user You may be suffering from Atopic dermatitis which makes to prone to recurrent eczemas. Use cetaphil soap or Dove soap for bathing. Do not use any perfumes or fragrances. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. Dandruff is excessive shedding of skin on scalp. There are various types of scaling like psoriasis, pityriasis amentecia, dermatitis, seborrhoeic oleosa etc. It is important to understand the disease and treat it accordingly. Oiling is also must for scalp. Jaborandi hair oil is good for hair. Apply it 3/week at night and wash it daily with scalp cleanser. This will help you to settle with conditioning part of scalp. If scaling still persist then consult trichologist. Diet rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Consult trichologist for hair fall.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Home Remedy- Cook a handful of rice in a half a lit of water in an open pan. When rice is ready don’t throw the residue water drink reason this water when it remains that much hot that you can consume. Drink it on adding 1 tsp of sugar. First of all, stop stressing yourself by thinking toooo much about how you will manage. Just give it a head-on start and start preparing. Keep your office work light by taking your colleagues and boss into confidence about exams. Am very sure, if you seek their help, they will be helpful. Next, keep your focus all the time on preparation. Do little bits at a time. E.g. One little topic in whatever time you can squeeze out, even in office. Do not sit with friends over lunch- finish off fast at your desk, start with studies in lunch time. Likewise, while travel, etc. Make a list of all topics covered and pat your back each time you complete one more topic. Keep counting your topics covered, on a separate sheet, write a list of all to be covered, and keep striking out those you are done with. This will give you a lot of confidence. Am sure, you will be able to manage successfully. Best of luck.
