Mr. lybrate-user, nothing to worry. For your height you should be around 52 kgs. You are just 4 kgs to go. Eat high protein diet. Include atleast 2 glasses of milk and 2 eggs per day. Talk to me for detailed diet plan.

Dear Lybrateuser, -To build your body & to strengthen your immunity you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits vegetables whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, buttermilk, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content - also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats to build your muscles - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper hydration - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep and wake up time fixed - a healthy lifestyle will only help you build a strong body & immunity.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hello less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Hello Doctor, I am female 30 and have 39-40 kg weight. I have been skinny since childhood. I don't fall sick often like fever or mc issues. My bp is constant low & have sometimes white discharge. My body temperature is all time high 98F. My breast is not fully grown. And, I sweat a lot. I have severe hairfall have gone through thyroid test - T3 = 133 T4 = 7.6 TSH = 4.09. Is it normal range? Is it possible that I can gain muscles in a safe way? My hands & upper body part is too skinny. Need quick result as I need to get married. hello dear. take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products.take fresh curd daily atleast 2 times in a day . take sprouts, flax seeds , egg , paneer, tofu, soy milk, whole pulses , any sweet item after dinner u will take . do stretching and bench press exercise daily. don't skip your breakfast and meals . take shake , juice with glucose .

Hi, Follow the below Homoeopathic medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Healthy balanced diet along with healthy life style and proper rest are the keys of good health. Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing in difference of 2-3 hours like 1 small stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water.
