U pl mention your height and weight. Medicine german carbo veg 200 weekly 2 doses in morning. If there are parasites in abdomen you have to treat otherwise health will not improve. Test stool. Stop mastarbation. 4 bananas in morning. Daily for calcium weekly meat 2 times. Butter toast daily morning. Measure weight and re-measure after 15 days if no difference then report me.

Lybrate-user you have an oily skin so first foremost you should use a face wash or a soap that helps in keeping your face a bit than usual. For this you may use neem face wash or santoor or medimix soap. Also, whenever you come from outside, before washing your face with cold water, first wipe your oil and sweat with a dry tissue or towel. Once this is done then you may wash your face with good running water. Make this a practice to wipe your face first everytime before washing. 50% of your problem will go if you follow this routine. Then drink plenty of water and avoid eating junk food and fried and spicy food. Avoid excessive intake of sweets as well. Avoid getting constipated. Coming to the treatment, you should definitely go for homoeopathic treatment has it is the most gentle and efficacious mode of medicine.

Hi sahu here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Irregular menses for 2-3 months does not need any treatment. Menses can come irregular because of hormonal changes, stress, weight gain or illness. All this r temporary and does not need any treatment. You should leave all the medications which were given to u. All those medicines are hormonal medicines.

There are many pimples, pores, redness, and tanning on face. Please stop worrying, as stress is also a major issue fr skin problems. Opt for a balanced diet, avoid oily, chocholates and spicy food. Have a glass of beetroot juice 2 times a week. Leafy vegetables. 1 hour of Yoga under supervision will also help.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Dear Lybrate User, Pimples/ Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) Excess sebum production due to androgens 2) Excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) Infection of Propionibacterium acnes (P. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) Local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of P. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire On entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take Homoeopathic CALCAREA PHOS 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach Also you can apply Homoeopathic Mother Tincture BERBERIS AQUIFOLIUM Q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. I am not sure who got you hooked onto sleeping pills. On a longer run they will shrink your brain, resulting in early onset dementia, depressive symptoms, personality changes, memory changes, even withdrawal seizures. Kindly consult a psychiatrist, get your sleep evaluated, and he will gradually wane you off the sleeping pills and give pills which promote sleep by acting on the cause of sleep disturbance, he may also educate you on sleep hyigiene.

Neck may get dark complexion if melanin pigmentation of that area is increased or sometimes when the dead cells of skin on that area are not being removed naturally. * you are advised to destress yourself & wear loose collar shirt which do not compress the blood supply around the neck. Try to avoid sunrays & dust falling on your neck. * mix 1 teaspoon of mustard oil in 3 big spoon of gram flour (besan) & add 1 big spoon of oat flour in it. Make paste of it by adding sufficient quantity of water in it. Apply it on your neck for 10-15 minute. Remove it slowly without washing. This will naturally remove the dead cell of neck which give you a good looking neck area after few application.
