Hello sir, I am 40 years woman, and I am getting sudden palpitation for a fraction of second every day. It occurs one or two times daily. ECG, 2D ECHO are normal. Can I know the reason.

Hello sir, I am 40 years woman, and I am getting sudden palpitation for a fraction of second every day. It occurs one...
Palpitation can be attributed to one of four main causes: Extra-cardiac stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system (inappropriate stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, (which innervates the heart), can be caused by anxiety and stress due to acute or chronic elevations in glucocorticoids and catecholamines. Gastrointestinal distress such as bloating or indigestion, along with muscular imbalances and poor posture, can also irritate the vagus nerve causing palpitations) Sympathetic overdrive (panic disorders, low blood sugar, hypoxia, antihistamines (i.e. levocetirizine), low red blood cell count, heart failure, mitral valve prolapse).[4] Hyperdynamic circulation (valvular incompetence, thyrotoxicosis, hypercapnia, high body temperature, low red blood cell count, pregnancy). Abnormal heart rhythms (ectopic beat, premature atrial contraction, junctional escape beat, premature ventricular contraction, atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, heart block). Anxiety and stress[edit] Anxiety and stress elevate the body's level of cortisol and adrenaline, which in turn can interfere with the normal functioning of the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in overstimulation of the vagus nerve.[5] Vagus nerve induced palpitation is felt as a thud, a hollow fluttery sensation, or a skipped beat, depending on at what point during the heart's normal rhythm the vagus nerve fires. In many cases, the anxiety and panic of experiencing palpitations causes a sufferer to experience further anxiety and increased vagus nerve stimulation. The link between anxiety and palpitation may also explain why many panic attacks involve an impending sense of cardiac arrest. Similarly, physical and mental stress may contribute to the occurrence of palpitation, possibly due to the depletion of certain micronutrients involved in maintaining healthy psychological and physiological function.[6] Gastrointestinal bloating, indigestion and hiccups have also been associated with overstimulation of the vagus nerve causing palpitations, due to branches of the vagus nerve innervating the GI tract, diaphragm, and lungs. Hello- Women also suffer loss of libido (sexual urge) as men do. Many women have a hard time achieving sexual satisfaction, especially as they get older or they experience discomfort during sex. The pleasure they receive from foreplay or penile penetration is weakened due to vaginal abrasions or pain. Fortunately in ayurveda, there are natural methods of regenerating the female sex organs and introducing heightened pleasure to a woman's sexual experiences.

Using unnecessary medicines or so-called tonics cannot address the core problems. Many problems arise beause of non- communication ( sitting together and sharing quality time , sharing u r ideas and feelings and discussing about each other's habits and likes and dislikes will bring a friendliness atmosphere where love will blossom .) stress and anxiety (fear /insecurity ) are two big factors which ruin communication and many problems develop later . Relationship is a two way communication which needs attention. One should share time to show the care and love . Still if the problem persist , go for consultation .

How we can protect our self and our family to a virus just like HIV and if I have it so how can I control it?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello Wear gloves if you are going to have contact with blood or other body fluids that could possibly contain visible blood, such as urine, feces, or vomit. Cover cuts, sores, or breaks in the skin with bandages. This applies to both you and the person living with HIV/AIDS. Wash your hands and other parts of your body immediately after contact with blood or other body fluids. Disinfect surfaces soiled with blood. Avoid practices that increase the likelihood of blood contact, such as sharing of razors and toothbrushes.

Hi Geeta... These tablets are not the solution for PCOS... They will just Mask the symptoms... Think of taking homoeopathic treatment... It has all the chances of curing it permanently.. Will also make your periods regular thereby making it easy to conceive.

What is the symptoms of Kala azar and what precautions should be taken to be safe from it.
Some people have no symptoms. For others, symptoms may include fever, weight loss and swelling of the spleen or liver. There are no available vaccines that can prevent leishmaniasis. The best way is to protect oneself from being bitten by sandflies

Revital will not cure your problem. Now it seems that excessive workload is creating mental pressure and that is hampering your sex life. How do you think revital is going to help? so, try to remainn stress free during sex- forget all tension and anxiety at that time. Avoid excessive coffe. Quit smoking and alcohol. Have a shower bath before sex. If still problem persists, please consult a sexologist for counseling and treatment. And don't try drugs shown in tv/ newspapaer as they will ruin your sex life.

Mujhe last 8 years se urine problem hai baar baar toilet jana padta h & urine karte waqt jor lagana padta hai. Please do help.

Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), MS - Urology, MBBS
Urologist, Ahmedabad
Dear , this could be due to many causes but 1. It can be irritative in nature mainly due to infection for which get urine examination done to see if the pus cells. Is pus cells are more than 5 then you have infection and antibiotics would be needed. Now find the reason for that urinary tract obstruction should be considered. For that sonography (kub) with full bladder volume, with wall thickness on full bladder and post micturition residual urine measurement is needed. Presence of residual urine indicates obstruction. If so then uroflowmetry is needed to decide between conservative line of management or surgery. Thirdly along with the results of these test let me know if you are constipated because fissure resulting from passage of hard faeces can also produce these symptoms due to external pressure created by the spasm of the sphincter muscle.
