Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 4yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the best!

Here is another diet plan that lets you understand more. You can follow either the below one or the above one. Both will help you to plan the meals accordingly in order to gain weight. The food items that should be incorporated in the diet are: •Full cream milk •Beans, lentils and other such protein-rich foods •Fruits and vegetables •Cereals •Healthy fats and oils •Healthy desserts Keeping all these items in mind, we should divide the 3 major meals of the day into 7 smaller meals. So, here is another sample meal plan analysis, which can be followed for some healthy weight gain.

I am doing running from last 1 month but there is no sign of weight loss please suggest me but can I do my weight is normal according to my age. Dear lybrate-user you are not seeing any result because you may not be following a proper diet plan. Along with physical activities you need to follow a balanced diet plan. Avoid taking oily and junk food. Take lukewarm lemon water early in the morning .In breakfast include tonned milk + wheat flakes, oats, oats idli, stuffed roti ,egg white etc. Use multi grain flour for preparing chapati. Include green vegetables. Have small and frequent meals.

Dear lybrate-user, The problems you described with your hair are totally manageable and can be cured with constitutional remedy and organic herbal products. Hi lybrate-user, sit comfortably. Take a long, deep breath and exhale it slowly while saying the word" relax" silently. Close your eyes. Let yourself take ten natural, easy breaths. Count down with each exhale, starting with" ten. This time, while you are breathing comfortably, notice any tensions, perhaps in your jaw or forehead or stomach. Imagine those tensions loosening. When you reach" one, open your eyes again. Do this exercise for panic attack and seek psychotherapy from psychologist.

I am m/26. I am 5ft 9in taller. I am getting a heavy belly fat and my thighs n but are getting heavier day by day. I have a sitting schedule at office for entire day n its hard for me to get time for workout due to tight schedules. Any good meds to get rid of it without harming myself or digestive system? if any ayurvedic or homeopathy is there, it would be better.

Switching from cold water to hot water can do you good. Hot water flushes out the fats from the vessels helping you lose weight easily. Drink hot water before and after your meals regularly, you need to give a gap of at least 30 minutes. Don? t drink water immediately after your meals. See the difference in your body after one month. Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- Deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving ' THYROXINE ' tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid iron medicines. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement can help, take tab. lcz for allergy.

Boost your appetite with a healthful breakfast comprising of 8-10 almonds, a handful of raisins and oatmeal / eggs. Have a nutritious and calorie-rich mid-meal of banana / apple milkshake with 2 slices of toast with peanut butter or jam. Add one extra chapatti and more rice to what you normally eat in lunch & dinner with proteins like paneer / soya or lentils or chicken / fish along with lots of veggies and salad.
