Hello, mvr, mca & ica are deeply related to sufficient supply of oxygen. To maintain inr she should follow the under noted tips. * go for meditation to reduce your stress inhaling plenty of oxygen to nourish your brain and to feed your heart, too * her diet be easily digestible on time as per advise of d experts. * water intake b in moderate qty. Tk homoeo medicine/ @ ignatia 30-6 pills, thrice, orally. @ five phos 6x-4 pills, thrice. Avoid, junk food, caffiene. Pizza, burger fried, spicy intake to avoid gastric disorder. Tk care. Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level IF LESS THEN TAKE HAMATINIC ANY MULTINATIONAL COMPANY take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana Q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash you may consult me privately on this site check my economical packages on this site.

. Hi, take tab tranquil (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Coffea cruda 200 4pills to be taken in the evening at 7pm, then after dinner and again before sleep. Daily. Revert back for further treatment.

Homoeopathic medicine BERBERIS VULGARIS Q ( Dr Reckeweg) HYDRANGEA Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily at a minimum difference of 20 minutes from each other and eating. For Kidney pain start taking below given homoeopathic medicine in between DIOSCOREA Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops every 1-2 hrly in 10 ml luke warm water depending on severity of pain Start drinking atleast 3-4 bottles of soda water daily. Report after 15 days Instead of reducing your calcium intake, focus on limiting the sodium in your diet. Extra sodium causes you to lose more calcium in your urine, putting you at risk for developing another stone. Limit your sodium to 2,000 milligrams each day. There are many sources of hidden sodium such as canned or commercially processed foods as well as restaurant-prepared and fast foods. Calcium oxalate kidney stones are the leading type of kidney stones. Oxalate is naturally found in many foods, including fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains, legumes, and even chocolate and tea. Some examples of foods that contain high levels of oxalate include: peanuts, spinach, beets, chocolate and sweet potatoes. Another common type of kidney stone is a uric acid stone. Red meat and shellfish have high concentrations of a natural chemical compound known as a purine. High purine intake leads to a higher production of uric acid which then accumulates as crystals in the joints, or as stones in the kidneys.To prevent uric acid stones, cut down on high-purine foods such as red meat, organ meats, and shellfish, and follow a healthy diet that contains mostly vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and low fat dairy products. Limit sugar-sweetened foods and drinks, especially those that contain high fructose corn syrup. Limit alcohol because it can increase uric acid levels in the blood and avoid crash diets for the same reason. Eating less animal-based protein and eating more fruits and vegetables will help decrease urine acidity and this will help reduce the chance for stone formation. You should also be sure to drink at least 6-8 glass of water a day to help reduce the risk for stone formation.

I eat 3 chapathis in the morning with a glass of tea, noon three chapathis with curry,and night a small quantity of rice with curry i do not eat anything else other than this still i do not loose weight, i do a lot of house work and even go to office.

To reduce weight following small meal pattern is very important. Instead of having 3 major meals break it up into 5-6 small meals. Mid morning: eat a fruit/veggies/soup/fiber biscuits/tender coconut water lunch: along with 3 chapathi and curry add a bowl of mix veg salad+ curd snack: sprouts chat/fruit bowl/lime juice/multigrain rusks/sandwich /fistful of nuts night: 8pm: try if you can switch on brown rice/veg curry +big bowl salad+buttermilk/milk
