Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You have to eat at least 6 calorie dense meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

hi mam, u can do it naturally, u need to take balanced diet along-with exercise will bring about the change in looks. if u want to walk after dinner then walk slowly, not fast. include foods like green tea, pulses, cinnamon, salad vegetables like cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, onion,etc, sprouts, fruits like watermelon, apple, lemon water, curd etc take plenty of water thank you

I am 51 years old, and also got removed uterus at the age of 34 years. There is no mensuration periods since then, pl. Tell me why I am getting fatty for the last one year, as my belly has flattened / increase. Is it the effect of not working of menusaration periods?

Hi Go slow. Slow and steady wins the race. You won't get John Abraham's biceps in one day. Take it easy. Increase the weights gradually. Don't compare with others. Try to add weights after every fortnight. Don't worry about the pain. It will go away. Use some pain lotions to relieve pain. It is just a case of fatigue. Aim for strength. Try to add some more protein to your diet through eggs or dal etc. All the best

Hye. Thankyou for your query. Your height is largely determined by your genetics and environment. Although several factors that determine your height are out of your control, you can use the following techniques and exercises to reach your full potential. 1. Understand that most of your height will be determined by genetics of your family. 2. Avoid growth-stunting factors. There might not be a lot you can do to increase your height, but you can take several steps to make sure your natural height isn't shortened by environmental influences. Drugs, steroids, smoking and alcohol are both thought to contribute to stunted growth if they're ingested while you're young, and malnutrition can keep you from reaching your full height, as well. 3. Get plenty of sleep. You need between 8.5 and 11 hours of sleep every night. The human growth hormone (hgh) is produced naturally in our bodies, especially during sound sleep. 4. Eat right. Ensuring that you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body requires will help you grow to your full height. Make sure to take in an abundance of carbohydrates and calories for that is where the body gains its energy to grow. Get plenty of calcium (found in dairy products and green vegetables). Calcium promotes bone growth, and can help prevent osteoporosis. Get sufficient vitamin d (which can be obtained through eating fish, sprouts, or mushrooms, or spending enough time in the sun). Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth. Take in lots of protein (from meat, eggs, tofu, dals, pulses or legumes). Proteins provide an essential building block your body needs in order to grow. At least all of your meals each day should include a high quality protein. Up your zinc intake (oysters, chocolate, peanuts, eggs, peas, asparagus). A zinc deficiency can cause stunted growth. Eat on a regular schedule. You should be eating 3 meals a day, with small snacks between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner. 5. Keep your immune system strong. Citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruits and lemons are good and getting plenty of rest helps immunity. Keep your immune system strong by eating whole, fresh foods. Try to avoid processed foods, foods with empty calories or high levels of fat, and hydrogenated foods, such as margarine or shortening. Eat a wide variety of healthy foods. Eat a variety of fruits, plenty vegetables, whole grains, protein sources such as milk, cheese, nuts and fish, and other foods rich in antioxidants and good fats. 6. Exercise your body. Sadly, if your growth plates have closed as due to your age, exercising will not affect your growth rate. But if you enjoy swimming, biking, running, or yoga, among other sports, and you haven't stopped growing, exercise combined with the right diet and proper sleep should help you grow. 7. Practice good posture. Rolling your shoulders or hunching over can actually affect the curvature of your growing spine (and not in a good way). Keep your shoulders back, chin high, and hips over your feet. 8. Cultivate confidence. 9. Visit a medical professional or dietician to plan a personalised diet. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Don't go on fad diets while you're still growing. Exercise at least three days each week. Make sure you eat the recommended amount of food for your personal height. Consuming less than the daily normal amount is proven to stunt growth.

Can You Cleanse Your Aura?

Though it’s common for most people to consult allopathic physicians when they fall ill, you must have heard of alternate therapies like Reiki, Pranic healing and energy healing. These healing therapies share one thing in common - they all work by cleaning our aura.

What is the Aura?
The aura is a layer of energy that surrounds our physical body. Not just that, auras are found covering the physical bodies of all living beings on earth, like animals and plants. Auras are like cozy blankets that save us from harm, both physical and mental. That is the reason why they get torn and dirtied.

Why is the Aura important?
The ‘Prana’ or life force flows through the energy body or the aura. Any disturbance in this flow causes diseases, thus, a healthy, clean and energized aura is crucial for maintaining our well-being.
If there is a problem in your physical body, it will show up as a disturbance in your energy body too. For example, if your liver is sluggish, it is reflected as dirty, sticky energy in that part of your aura which corresponds to the liver.
If you are mentally, physically and emotionally healthy you will have a bright aura, and the energy centers on the aura called “Chakras” will be strong and active. On the contrary, if you are in any way not up to par, you will have a depleted aura with holes and tears. You will also be constantly losing energy which will further deplete your aura, making you sicker.

Can you cleanse your Aura?
The answer is a “yes”. You have a number of available options to choose from. What will work for you depends upon how damaged is your aura and your own capacity to cleanse and strengthen your aura.

  1. Approach a Pranic healer for cleansing and energizing your Aura: You have to do this if your aura is infested with too much dirty energy and this has already shown up as a serious disease like depression or hypertension. When you are too depleted of energy to help yourself, you must find a good pranic healer and go to him for treatment. What the healer will do is scan your aura to identify the problem. This will be followed by the treatment. The healer will cleanse your energy body using divine healing energy and Prana. He will follow this up with strengthening and energizing your aura. These two steps will automatically enhance the size of your aura and you will begin to feel relief. The treatment is usually divided into a number of sessions, depending on the severity of your disease and also on the cause of the problem. Pranic healing can also be done on the self, but you need to learn the correct way to cleanse and heal your aura first.
  2. MeditationYour ‘chi’, ‘prana’ or internal energy in the aura can be increased by meditating. A good way to do this is by practicing the “Twin Hearts meditation”. The divine healing energy rains down on you during this meditation, immediately cleansing and energizing both your aura and the chakras.
  3. Hugging a tree: Connecting with nature is a great way to cleanse your aura. Another way is to hug a tree. The tree is able to cleanse your aura and make you healthier. Make sure, however, not to hug small shrubs or keep hugging the same tree daily for a long time, or it may well die.
  4. Crystal healing: Crystals can take away negative energies from our bodies and homes. You can use crystals like fire agate, labradorite and black Tourmaline as pendants to keep your aura clean.
  5. Smudging: Burning sage is a great way to clean your aura too. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.
