Hello, You might have spicy food along with chicken or prawns related items. Or food which is healthy and generate heat. 1. Drink more water on a empty stomach in the morning. 2. Add more liquids to your diet, till the time your body calm down. 3. Add fiber supplement to your diet. 4. Pls don't neglect this issue, may leads to piles problem also. 5. Drink more water in a day for every 30mins or 1 hours. 10 to 12 glasses in a day. 6. Eat sugar ball (mishri) 7. Lemon, orange juice will also work. Maintain above diet for 1 week, then lets see the result. You may continue your regular diet, but just keep observing your body reactions also to your food intake.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, if your marks are due to pimples in past, you need to first of all protect your face from sun as sun exposure will make your spots darker. Use a sunscreen with zinc oxide or titanium oxide in its contents. Keep your face covered with a scarf or a cloth which is opaque when you go out. For existing spots, at night you can try applying a mixture of gram flour (1tsf), turmeric powder (1/2tsf), curd (1tsf) at night. Wait for around a month, see how you feel. If we don't see a progress in a month, we might need to start some medication for your spots.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Shir shuladi vajra ras va ti 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hye. No single food in isolation can burn fats. Even honey lime will not help unless your diet is not planned well. It can help flush out your system and boost metabolism by a small percentage and that surely helps improve routine. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Dear lybrate user. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of khadirarishta, at night before sleep. C) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patangali ayurveda) along with 30 ml of water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.

In most cases, if you have a healthy immune system, it will not be necessary to treat the lesions caused by molluscum contagiosum. The bumps will fade away without medical intervention. Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and for constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Does walking worsen joint and muscle pain and does it increase the risk of tendon rupture? A week ago I went to doctor for my loose motions and he prescribed me ofloaxin (200 mg) and ornidazole (500 mg) tablets to be taken two times a day for a week. After a day I noticed mild muscle, knee pain and a loss of sensation in my right leg. I thought permanent nerve damage has been done to my leg. But I was wrong and since yesterday when I finished my dose of antibiotics there is very little pain and that too occur occasionally. So my question is since this antibiotic increases the risk of tendon rupture and cause muscle/joint pain, will it be safe to walk 10-15 kms a day? Or should I wait for few weeks before I start walking such long distances? PS: I love to walk!

Hello sir, Now that you have completed the course of antibiotics, your muscular pain and tiredness will be gone. You can get back to active walking schedule. Doing regular exercise is a good thing. Now when you start walking, don't walk 10-15 km on day one. Take time and gradually increase the distance. Tendon injury following fluroquinolones is a theoretical possibility, but don't worry. I'm sure you have Read the instructions or in Google. So far in 12 years I've not seen a person have that complication. Enjoy your walks.
