DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) place cotton ball soaked with BADAM TAILA in vagina during day time daily and remove it at night. Do all things for 30 days. This is very effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

You can monito0r Bp records for 7 to 10 days ,morning time AND EVEVNING TIME AND THEN if Bp is low then change dosage ,until this point it seems your Bp is under control due to taking of Amlong tab so do not stop it and check for other symptoms like headache and vertigo.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter!

Please tell me how to get cure from motion after eating food. This is happening from last two months. I have taken some medicine which is used to give for kid's aged 5 to15. I am 56 yers old female. I don't remember the name of medicine. And I have allergies too from taking medicines. Looking forward for the kind reverts.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Hello doctor! I want to keep diet for my self, I was worried about my weight I'm 81 kgs and a height of 5" 6',I'm a medical student studying in the hostel, Is it good to have only chapatis instead of Rice, so that I can avoid the rice as a part of my diet any measures to be taken in order to loose my weight, I'm planning for workout in gym nearby for 1 hr every evening because the classes are hectic doctor. 1. Mix a little water in one teaspoon of baking soda to make a thick paste. 2. Apply it on the affected area and wash it off after a few minutes. 3. Repeat two or three times a week until you are satisfied with the results.

Investigations adv: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

This is due to acidity problem. Avoid tea, alcohol, nonveg food, spicy food. Eat small quantities, eat on time. No food after 8pm. Start doing exercise.

passage of blood in stool is a serious condition. Most likely piles are the reason for this . take posex capsules, 2 capsules twice a day after meals. and bolbhadda rasa two tabs twice a day after meals. take medicine with rice water. omit. spicy eatables from your diet. consult proctologist immediately. good luck

Dear lybrate-user, A good healthy diet is the key to gaining stamina and strength. A healthy diet include all the macro and micro nutrients in a balanced proportion. Macro nutrients include Carbohydrates, proteins fats and Micro nutrients include vitamins and minerals. Do not forget to take adequate amounts of water as well. Make sure your diet is rich in whole grains, milk/curd/ paneer, legumes and pulses, if you are non vegetarian 1-2 serving of egg/ chicken/ fish can be included in your diet. Also add all the 4-5 serving of seasonal vegetables and fruits, In no time you would feel energetic again.

Good afternoon Dr. my mother is having Gastric problem and it from long years. Few years back we did Gastrscopic and after that with medication it was little better. But from last few years she has again started with again. Doesn't feel like eating any thing, After food long degree comes. If medicines of allopathic is taken burning sensation and vomiting occurs. We tried with Ayurveda and Allopathic but no release. Dr. please suggest what steps can be taken. She is 69 years old. On taking omex and Pan she feels better for some time.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user you didn't mention whether she is getting continous burning sensation in her stomach now. Pls tell her to take aloeveera wt fiber 25 ml twice daily in empty stomach n drink lots of water. N do yoga n meditation if she is having stress related problems. N follow a good diet.In Ayurveda we are having good treatments for gastric problems.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. aManagement: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Hello dear High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
