Hi I am 23 male. I had an unprotected exposure with a family friend. After that I went for 4th generation hiv test that looks for p24 antigen and antibodies. 5 weeks- negative 7 weeks- Negative I do not have any swollen lymph nodes. 1- My body temperature rises maximum to 99.2 during afternoon and comes back normal during evening 2. I notice some small pits on nails, a little dry rash type thing around groin area and I noticed that colour of my scrotum is darker, I never checked it before but now it is giving me anxiety. I consulted an hiv specialist he told me that my test results are conclusive and I am Hiv free. But now I think that hiv testing has given me hiv because the lab boy did not open syringe in front of me but when I asked him he told me that he used a fresh srynge. I do not know if its paranoia or anything. I am really depressed. Any answers are highly appreciated.
