Madam, How are your stools and urine. When did you have last periods. Does the chest pain occur during food intake or exertion. What medicines have you taken. Take more milk products, soft diet, fruits. Avoid oily and spicy food. As a first aid, I advice you to take PAN mps suspension, 10 ml 4 ties per day, half an hour before food. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi lybrate-user, while one can understand the eagerness with a youngster such as yourself to lose 10 kg in 2 months and while this is possible too. In the present case however, what is more important is first to know the time profile of your weight gain. The reasons for the weight gain. And the body composition analysis to know the fat percentage in your body. Please understand that generic guidelines for any weight loss attempt would be: to stick to plant based natural whole foods - whole grains, lots of vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans, grams. Shun animal foods, fried foods, processed foods, restaurant foods, shakes and juices, sweets, nuts and seeds for sometime, oils and fats, sauces etc. Increase your activity levels -- walking, jogging, swimming, little playing games say badminton etc. More than 5 to 6 kg weight loss per month would be undesirable though. Weight loss should be slow, supervised, scientific, and sustained. More damaging would be to lose fast and then to regain the lost weight. Changing diet and lifestyle to healthier ones and to stick to these for the rest of your life is what I would strongly suggest. As you will be able to avoid yo yoing of weight in the coming years. Hi * * take oats, pumpkin, green tea, apple, carrots, spinach, regularly, # homoeo care: @ fucus vas q 20 drops + 1/4 cup of luke warm water just 1/2 an hr before of each meal report after a month, maintain your wt chart. Take care. * cut your meal by 20% * avoid, rich and junk food * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins * go for a walk in the morning * go for meditation to reduce your stress.

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

more details pertaining to your medical history needed like variation of blood pressure through out the day you should walk at least 5 to 6 kms in a day and avoid fried ,salty and processed food . Limit the intake of sodium in your diet ,drink atleast 3 to 4 L of water per day Things which can be added to your diet flaxseeds , banana

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly

Take homeopathic remedy heparsulph 200, berbaquifollium 200 twice a day and lords aquiplus homeopathic cream. And apply tomato and lemon over it. And you can also apply coconut oil to your skin. And revert back after 7 days.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. U should give him more hygienic care. Give him water after boiling .nothing to worry it may be due to teething process also, add a pinch of black pepper powder in his meal. Pomegranate juice is also good.

Shampoo wash of the scalp is very important as it helps in removing dirt ,dust and oily secretions of the scalp. Hair loss can happen because of many reasons.It can be nutritional deficiency or diabetes,blood pressure.Diet which is rich in minerals,protein and iron is good for hair.Eat all these and drink 3 lit of water/day.Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week.
