Hi lybrate-user, this is because of anxiety, you need to practice deep breathing exercise: find a quiet space where you can be alone with no distractions. Close the door, if possible. As you get used to this breathing exercise, you may be able to close out distractions and perform the exercise around others. Sit upright, with your back straight. You can sit in a chair, or sit on the floor with your legs crossed, whatever feels more natural. You can lie down if you must. Keep in mind, however, that sitting upright allows your lungs to fill to maximum capacity, which is best when practicing deep breathing place your arms on the arms of a chair or resting on your thighs. This removes the burden from your shoulders and aids in relaxation. For a count of four seconds, breathe deeply through your nose. Your lower belly should expand with the breath. For one to two seconds, simply hold the breath inside your chest. Now, exhale all of the air out of your lungs through your mouth. You should hear a" whoosh" sound as it leaves your mouth. Notice your belly deflating as you release the breath. To avoid hyperventilating, pause for a few seconds before taking a new breath. Do this entire sequence again for about five minutes. About six to eight cycles of breathing per minutes is considered effective at relieving anxiety. Nonetheless, you should find your own natural breathing rhythm that makes you comfortable. Practice deep breathing at least twice a day for five minutes each session. All the best.

It is critical to get an accurate diagnosis, so go and see a sports physician, an orthopaedic surgeon or a qualified sports physiotherapist who has experience working with cricketers. A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed. More importantly, they will likely investigate your lower back using a combination of oblique lumbar x-rays, a bone scan, ct scan, or more likely a mri, which will show more accurately any areas of bone activity. The goal of the investigations is to primarily determine whether there is an active fracture present and whether the body is trying to heal itself. Can try some home relief techniques until you go to a specialist: -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time best wishes.

I'm hlab27 negative patient, but my doctor us saying I'm diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis by observing my situation, I want to know AS will occur to hlab27 negative patients also? If occurs so it will be cured or not with some gym exercises? Pls tell me some of rheumatologist s to my above situation, mine crp level is15mg/ltr, and ESR is 60.

A small percentage of patients can have ankylosing spondlylitis with a negative hlab27 test. The final diagnosis depends on the doctor's expert opinion based on your symptoms, clinical examination and blood tests, not exclusively by blood test alone.

For eye irritation pl go for triphala kwath eye wash and other uses of triphala such as triphala ghrit. Back pain will be addressed by triphala ghrit and other vatnashak choorna such as hingwastak if used as per directions. Ten herbal roots kwath will eradicate it.

I am 40 yr old. I have severe backache for the last 2 months. In my mri report I have a diffuse disc bulge at l5-s1. Could I go for operation or it can be cured by taking medicines only.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Avoid long sitting and toward bending do heat fermentation and stretching exercise of neck if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days. For gastric problem do physical activity drink water avoid spicy food.

hi dhruvil, as your age is less durng strenuous workout your glucose and water content will be lost. though you eat normally it will not be sufficient for your muscle energy. so take plant of water of atleast 6 to 7 litres of water per day. take good watery good including kheera and carrot and good fruit juices. let pain a are alobdue to cramps only. so kindly follow the above advice. hope I answered your question. don't hesitate to ask me any question if you have any. have a good day.

आजकल की भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी में किसे कब कौन सी शरीरिक समस्या हो जाए भरोसा नहीं। बूढ़े, बच्चे, जवान सबके सब किसी ना किसी तकलीफ से जूझ रहे हैं। और इन समस्याओं में सुमार है पैर दर्द। वैसे तो पैरों में दर्द होना एक आम समस्या है पर इसके होने से पर शरीर के साथ दिमाग भी डिस्टर्ब रहता है, और उम्र के साथ यह परेशानी बढ़ती ही जाती है। जरूरी नहीं है कि दोनों ही टांगों में दर्द हो। ऐसा भी हो सकता है कि एक ही टांग में या फिर टांग के किसी एक हिस्से में दर्द हो।
कई बार तो पैरों का दर्द बर्दाश्त हो जाता है लेकिन कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि यह इतना तेज होता है कि, बर्दाश्त करना मुश्किल हो जाता है। ऐसे में कोई भी काम करना चुनौती बन जाता है। इसके अलावा कई बार टांगों में कमजोरी हो जाती है और कई बार ये सुन्न पड़ जाती हैं।

पैर दर्द के कई कारण हो सकते हैं। जैसे कि 

  • ऐंठन आजान
  • मांस-पेशियों में अकड़ आना
  • मांस-पेशियों के एक के ऊपर एक चढ़ जाना
  • पोषण की कमी,
  • शरीर में पानी की कमी होना
  • लंबे वक्त तक एक ही मुद्रा में रहना
  • आदि पैरों में दर्द की वजह है।  

पैरों में दर्द के इलाज के लिए पेनकिलर्स और जेल वगैरा ढेर सारी तादाद में मौजूद हैं, पर अक्सर दर्द खत्म करने की दवाएं खाने से कई नुकसानदायक परिणाम सामने आते हैं,  और इससे शरीर में एसिड लेवल बढ़ जाता है और इस वजह से और भी कई परेशानियाँ सामने आने लगती हैं। और साथ ही ये सारे उपाय जेब पर भारी पड़ने लगता है ,इसलिए जरूरी है कि पैर दर्द से निजात पाने के लिए डॉक्टर और दवा का सहारा लेने के बजाय खुद भी कुछ कोशिश की जाए। कीजिए कुछ घरेलू उपचार और अपनाएं कुछ नियम।
 दरसल कई बार ऐसा लगता है कि हम अपने पैरों की देखभाल खुद से कर सकते हैं, वहीँ कई बार हम कुछ ज़्यादा ही थके हुए होते हैं और हमारी मदद करने वाला भी कोई नहीं होता। पर अब चिंता ना करे आपके पैर डरे ककी समस्या का इलाज कीजिए हमारे बताए नुस्खों के साथ।

पैर दर्द से बचने के उपाय 

1. नमक 
पैरों में दर्द के लिए नमक का नमक बहुत राहत देने वाला है। इसलिए सूखे नमक को कसी सूती कपड़े में बांधकर पोटली बना लें। एक गर्म तवे में इस नमक की पोटली को गर्म कर दर्द वाली जगह पर सेंक लेते हुए रखें, पोटली को उतना ही गर्म करें जितनी गर्माहट आपकी त्वचा सहम कर पाए।
2. नमक के पानी
रोड़ा नमक यानी सेंधा नमक में मैग्नीशियम पाया जाता है। सेंधा नमक का सेवन करें और इस नमक को पानी में डालकर पैर धोएं। यह तत्व नर्वस सिग्नल्स को नियंत्रित करके मांस-पेशियों को प्राकृतिक रूप से आराम पहुंचाने का काम करता है। साथ ही यह सूजन को भी कम करने में सहायक होता है।

3. बर्फ की सिकाई
अगर ब‍हुत ज्यादा दौड़-भाग करने से आपकी पैरो में दर्द है तो ठंडी पट्टी का इस्तेमाल करना आपके लिए फायदेमंद होगा। ऐसा करने से दर्द तो कम होगा ही, साथ ही अगर सूजन और झनझनाहट है तो उसमें भी फायदा मिलेगा। इसके लिए आप एक पतले कपड़े में बर्फ के कुछ टुकड़ों को डालकर दर्द वाली जगह पर 10 से 15 मिनट तक सिकाई करें। दिन में दो से तीन बार ऐसा करना जल्दी फायदा पहुंचाएगा।

4. गर्म पानी 
गर्म पानी पैर दर्द के लिए एक  बेहतरीन नुस्खा साबित होता है। एक बर्तन में हल्का ठंडा पानी लें और इसमें करीब 15 मिनट तक अपने पैर डुबोकर रखें। एक बार यह प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाने पर गर्म पानी से भरा एक बर्तन लें, जिसका पानी इतनी ही मात्रा में गर्म होना चाहिए कि इससे आपके पैरों को आराम मिल सके। अब इस गर्म पानी से भरे पात्र में भी करीब 15 मिनट तक अपने पैर डुबोकर रखें। कुछ ही देर में आप आराम महसूस करने लगेंगे।

5. मालिश 

अगर आपकी मांस-पेशियों में किसी तरह की तकलीफ है और वही दर्द की वजह है तो नारियल तेल, ऑलिव ऑइल से मसाज करना फायदेमंद रहेगा। दिन में दो से तीन बार मसाज करने से आपको दर्द में तुरंत राहत मिलेगा।

6. हल्दी
हल्दी का इस्तेमाल किसी भी दर्द में दवा का काम करता है। पर पैर दर्द से भी छुटकारा पाने के लिए हल्दी का इस्तेमाल काफी फायदेमंद होता है। हल्दी में एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट और एंटी-इंफ्लेमेट्री गुण पाया जाता है। हल्दी में मिलने वाला करक्यूमिन नाम का यौगिक दर्द को कम करने में बहुत फायदेमंद होता है।
7. अदरक 
ज्यादा से ज्यादा अदरक का इस्तेमाल करें। अदरक में एंटी-इंफ्लेमेट्री गुण पाया जाता है। यह सूजन और दर्द को कम करने का काम करता है। यह ब्लड-सर्कुलेशन को बढ़ाता है, जिससे मांस-पेशियों को राहत मिलती है। 
8. व्यायाम 
पैर दर्द या यूं कहें किसी भी दर्द में लंबे आराम के लिए जरूरी है कि आप अपनी दिनचर्या में व्यायाम के लिए समय निकालें। कई बार व्यायाम अकेले ही आपको कई शारीरिक समस्याओं से मुक्त करने के लिए काफी सिद्ध होता है। 

ध्यान रहे कई बार दर्द हल्का होता है तो कुछ घण्टों में ठीक हो जाता है पर अगर दर्द बढ़ता ही चला जाए या इन नुस्खों को आजमाने से भी राहत ना मिले तो फौरन डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें। क्योंकि तब यह दर्द किसी गम्भीर बीमारी का लक्षण हो सकता है।

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist Exerciser.

Hello lybrate-user, You want to commit suicide because of health issues I really pity you for your thoughts. What a joy to have children and six year old son wow. How much naughty he would be. Enjoy your life looking at him. No one can love your child like you do. Who will be there to fulfill your duty towards your son. God has given you this son because he knew you'll be the best who can bring him up as a big boy. And coming to your health issues please meet a Physiotherapist for a knee pain. Your pain will come down within 5-7 days start exercising go out for walks. If you are in Bangalore please meet would definitely help you out.
