I had dry sex with my girlfriend. I didn't penetrate inside her ,in fact I didn't even ejaculate but my precum touches her private part. After 4-5 days her period was started. I am suffering from chronic pharyngitis and it is occur due to my tummy related problem. What should I do to get white glowing skin? Is it better to take facial treatments or eating proper foods. Which is effective. I don't know whether there is such type of foods which makes skin white and glow. But I think eating proper foods makes a permanent white glowing skin. Is there any other methods? See, its better you take healthy diet, including two fruits daily, glass of milk. Do regular exercise. Take good sleep. Manage your stress. Apply almond oil to your face before bathing. Hi, lybrate-user there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements which helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet planbreakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. I have an severe headache and when I drink cool drinks I feel nerve chillnous in my teeth.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Advance procedures can be done with laser.Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. I do not have blood pressure problem at all, I eat iodised salt with the dish that is less salty, I heard that eating raw salt is bad for health, is their any connection between iodised salt and thyroid?

Am cured with my pcod and now am trying to loose some weight before trying to conceive. Is it ok to loose weight while trying to conceive. Can I still get pregnant with following a strict diet. Or I should not diet?

It's great to lose weight and there is no problem trying to conceive while doing that. However heavy exercises and strict dieting should be sopped as soon as pregnancy is detected.

How many almonds are safe to have daily? Is having more than 10 almonds not good for the body?

Hi You can have around 10-15 almonds a day. While almonds can lower your cholesterol level, eating too many almonds can cause weight gain as they are high in fat and calories with approximately 14 g of fat and 163 calories per ounce. 3.5 g of Fibre is present in one ounce of almonds. The appropriate amount of fibre needed per day is 30 g. Constipation and diarrhea is caused when too much almonds are being taken. If your body isn't used to taking too much fibre, the side effects can worsen. Bloating and cramping can be caused when too much fibre is consumed.

I am 59 years old and I am diabetic patient. I am daily taking Lantus and Mixtard injunction (12 unit/18 unit night) daily and reclimet tablet day and night. Still my glucose fasting is 180. How can I control my glucose level and any change of tablets or ayurvedic tablets?

Mr. Lybrate-user, there could be quite a few reasons for not getting proper blood sugar control including diet regulation, amount of exercise or no exercise and dosage adjustments in relation to food intake. One thing can be done is first try and reduce fasting blood glucose. This can be done by monitoring it daily and reaching a target level of 100 to 110 mg. The night dose of insulin glargine can be increased by 2 units every 2 to 3 days, till fasting target is reached and then maintained. Later you can target pp sugar level. This way you should be able to control sugar level better. Recently there are a few new options also made available which can be considered to reduce the blood glucose. Plus give a close look at your diet control also increase daily extent of exercise. These things will help in reaching desired goals.

Lately, I'm sensing a sort of vibration in my left knee. I usually go for early jogs 4-7 days a week just to stay tight. Now I'm even feeling it while walking too at time. This sensation appears at the right side of the left knee and no pain but what I feel does scare me. And and don't always feel it when I run. Just at times. please help me.

Following tips will exactly help you achieve what you desire. Dear student for concentration and memory try following things on a daily basis and you will see positive results. Concentration is a mental skill that you can develop. There are two ways to improve your concentration: first, raise your brain's natural ability to concentrate. In other words, increase your attention. Second, adjust the environment around you to make concentrating easier. To improve your concentration takes a little time and effort, but it can be worth it. In my personal experience with students. This can make noticeable improvement in a relatively short time. Ideas for daily concentration-boosting habits include: mindfulness meditation - many studies confirm that 20 minutes of meditation or more per day improves concentration and attention span. Focusing on your breathing, known as mindfulness meditation, is one of the simplest way of meditation. Start with ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed. Proper sleep -i am sorry to say it. Pulling all nighter will not help with your grade. Unless you are getting sufficient restful sleep, you are not going to be as mentally focused as you could be. Brain game -. The more you use certain skills, the more they are reinforced in the brain. So it makes sense that playing concentration games and games that require you to focus will improve your concentration ability. You need to be consistent in this. Play for about 10 to 20 minutes each day. Have fun, and get the benefits but remember not to spend more than 20 minutes a day. Your goal is to improve your concentration and not the score in the game! eat healthier - your brain needs the proper nutrients to allow you to focus. Eat more vegetables and fruits and avoid consumption of junk food as much as possible. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Exercise is helpful in both reducing stress and increasing focus. At-least 20 minutes a day would go a long way. Optimize your mental state & environment in addition to building the habits described above into your daily routine, also adjust your environment and your current mental state to improve your concentration when studying. Create a study spot. Your brain loves routine. Create a place where all you do is study. An obvious choice is a secluded desk of some kind, but the trick is to make sure you only study in that spot. Studying in bed is a bad habit, for example, because your body is trained to want to sleep once you get into bed. Remove distractions. Turn off the ringer on your phone and take other steps to prevent interruptions. Don't study with the television on or with talk radio playing. Some studies have shown that soft instrumental music (no vocals) can help improve your concentration. Block background noises. If you have to study or work in an environment where it is too loud (classroom or open space) or too quiet (such as at home or at a library) you can get easily distracted by outside influences. With the right amount of background noise you can actually block out distractions and enhance your creative thinking. Use time boxes. Set a time limit when you need to study new material. For example, let's say you want to read one chapter in a book (and remember it). Decide in advance that you can have 45 minutes to read the chapter, and 15 minutes to review it. Set a timer to keep yourself honest, then pace yourself to keep within the allotted time. Stay motivated with rewards. If you see studying as burden, it's hard to concentrate. One way to stay motivated is to set up a reward system. Tell yourself you have to earn that hour of watching your favorite show later in the evening by first completing one hour of intense studying. That way, even if the material is dry, you have the reward to look forward to. Take a break every two hours. You mental energy will begin to decline after a long period of study. So every two hours or so, take a ten minute break. Walk around, eat a light snack, or just stare at the wall to relax your mind. Concentrating is the first step to learning anything new. It only makes sense that if you improve your concentration, your memory will improve also.
