Hello Shashi , Gyming can't cause hair fall . Its the protein drinks that cause damage. As most of these drinks contain anabolic steroids in it. You can massage your scalp wirh coconut+ castor oil . For medicinal guidance you can consult me. Regards, Dr. Heena

I was going to gym since one month But do not get enough stamina What can I do to increase my stamina?

Hello. One can increase the stamina by including a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean meat. So, increase intake of healthy food (food having anti-oxidants like green vegetables, nuts, salads, fruits, fish, green tea; food rich in calcium like milk & milk products; flaxseeds, poppyseeds), avoid alcohol & smoking, drink lots of water (10-12 glasses per day), take sufficient sleep (6-9hrs per day), avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension, sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart so that more oxygen reaches all parts of your body, include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. And exercise daily for 30-45 minutes (brisk walk is the best exercise to increase the circulation of the whole body), later you can increase the duration as per your stamina. (do the above slowly and gradually). Medication: take schwabe's alfaalfa tonic and five phos./ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks.

Dear Lybrate user Meanwhile she can take small five meals in a day. Avoid spicy oily food. Drink atleast five ltr water a day. Drink boiled ginger water twice a day. Is she suffering from hyperacidity. Call back for some more details r proper medication.

To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently

As you are 28 years of age and hence there is fusion of the bones and hence your height is not going to increase and for a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Usman u should start to take healthy diet nd light walk which will increase ur metabolism and will increase ur appetite..you can use small diet in small frequent interval..u should take high protein diet like whole egg..full cream milk...any fruit shake with milk and fruit. ..stuffed parantha like paneer or potato parantha with butter..vegetable with dry fruits,potato....jaggery...rice kheer..sprouted chana. *In sleeping time warm milk with honey.. *consume dry fruits..its best for weight gain.. *avoid junk food.. *you should take proper sound sleep.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Try below suggested homoeo medicine. 1. Jaborandi q + cantharis q + arnica q + brahmi q---100ml. Mix this tincture in 400ml coconut oil and apply to hair daily at bed time. 2. Lycopodium -30/6 pills/thrice daily on empty stomach. Avoid bore water for head bath, use herbal shampoo and take protein rich diet. 3. Alfa alfa syrup (german)--2tsp/thrice daily/before food.
