HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user. I can understand, if you really want to cure your anxiety forever, you need to have a long term treatment plan that takes into consideration your anxiety symptoms, what you're suffering from, how badly you're suffering, and your specific anxiety disorder. First and foremost, don't let your anxiety cause you to make poor decisions about anxiety treatments. The reality is that most" rapid" treatments don't work. You'll find many people that claim that they have an extract or a medicine that can cure your anxiety immediately, and unfortunately it's never the case - it's people taking advantage of you in your time of need, and hoping the placebo effect will be enough to cure your anxiety. Even prescription medications have a" false" component. Prescription medicines can give you some help with anxiety, but that help is only temporary, and your mind and body can actually become dependent on these medications. As soon as you stop taking them, your anxiety may not only come back - it could even be worse than before. Curing your anxiety is a process - it's a process that can happen, for everyone, but those that hope they can get instant anxiety help are going to be disappointed, and possibly taken advantage of. Your symptoms define your anxiety if you really want to cure your anxiety forever, you need to have a long term treatment plan that takes into consideration your anxiety symptoms, what you're suffering from, how badly you're suffering, and your specific anxiety disorder. For example, let's look at several strategies you can do right now that will reduce your anxiety: start jogging jogging isn't just for your health. Jogging releases endorphins, which are neurotransmitters that improve mood. It also tires muscles, and there is evidence that extra energy in muscles becomes converted to a feeling of anxiety. Sleep better getting more sleep will fight anxiety right away. Far too many people are allowing themselves to be sleep deprived, but sleep is one of the most important and easy tools your mind has for coping with stress. Breathing training many anxiety symptoms, particularly for those with anxiety attacks, are a result of inadequate breathing techniques. Anxiety can actually train your body to breathe poorly, leading to hyperventilation and a variety of related symptoms. Exposure therapy exposure is a cognitive behavioral technique that trains you to get used to things that used to cause you anxiety. For example, if you often get anxiety when you feel dizzy, you spin around in a chair and use a variety of techniques to calm your mind. Lifestyle changes many lifestyle changes that you will need to make in order to live with anxiety also require long term changes. For example, who you spend time with may need to change, as will how you react at your workplace. These strategies take longer, and require more effort and planning on your part. They're also not immediately successful, and there are often setbacks. Realistic goals and an effective and healthy plan can reduce the effects of these setbacks. You'll also need to be okay with admitting to yourself that you have an anxiety problem that needs to be solved. If you continue to try to fight the truth about your anxiety, you'll struggle to overcome it. Anxiety and stress are very real problems that affect people every day, and there's nothing wrong with you if you suffer from them. As soon as you can come to terms with your anxiety, you'll be on the right path towards treating it. Consult for psychotherapy for anxiety you can consult with me for same. All the best.

I am suffering with snoring. One day when I woke up from sleep at night one o clock in the train while travelling, the passengers are looking at me with lot of impatience. The reason is lot of noise from snoring. I could not recognize because I am in sound sleep. People around me are suffering. Kindly suggest how to get rid of this problem.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Hi, follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices, etc. 3. Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Avoid standing for too long hours. 6. Do yoga and meditation which helps to relieve mental stress and control emotions. 7. Avoid anxiety, stress and depression. 8. Perform regular exercises. 9. Consume lots of fresh green leafy vegatables, fruits, sprouts, high protein diet, etc. 10. Check your hb% and bp with your family doctor and take their advise for further management. If your father is diabetic, the intake of direct sugars is very harmful; otherwise, it is ok.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Change food habites. Avoid oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, fast junck foods. Take simpal veg food with salad home made. Wash face with neem face wash morning end night. Some time you are taking simpal food some time taking fast, spacy foods that's why.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hello doctors .my skin becomes little dry in winter and few spots come in several places white or black spots .whites spots cause very itchiness. I had tried some lotion and oil but it works not DAT effectively plus they makes my skin darker .so suggest me what to do this winter to avoid that itching on my face and to maintain my fairness too. Hello. I see your worry may be related to something which is why your are tenst and worried. You may want to start with few breathing exercises when you feel heavy and tenst. You can search online for various exercises to calm yourself during anxiety. Start telling yourself positive statements that may keep you going.

Eat more often eggs are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein and milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein.

Hello, Be positive and happy with whatever you have got. stress also leads to poor resullts. Have liberal intake of milk and its products. take high calorie fruits like banana,jackfruit,grapes,chickoo. Have nuts,dried fruits with mik,curd etc. Good quality proteins like eggs,lean chicken,tofu,fish will help you as well. Strength training helps a lot.
