Sir, my whole body is reducing in size from last 1 month. My overall body mass is reducing. My shoulders mass also reduced. Before one month I am suffered from fever and stomach infection. But I was recovered in 2-3 days. But body mass is reducing. Muscle loss is on high level. Day by day .body proportion changed Are these. The symptoms of any decease? I am feeling tired. Hi right now your height weight proportions are ok. Have you measured your body mass to see how much reduction has taken place. Have you taken weight or by inch tape. Many times after sickness, you may feel weak. This does not mean your mass is reducing. However please do tests of thyroid profile, sugar profile and complete blood count to check if you have any medical problem. Personally I don't think you have any problem. You will feel better after a few days.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month.

For stomach pain take one tablet cyclopam with rantac and avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

GOODNESS OF HONEY :

1) Honey contains flavonoids, antioxidants which help reduce the risk of some cancers and heart disease.

I am of age 20. I am getting frequent boils on my face of size 0.5 to 1cm in diameter.These are puss boils.After i remove all the puss out i m getting few dark spots in my face.This problem is from past 4 years.I rapidity came decreasing.When was 16 years the first boil came on my eye lid ,later it had spread to my face.The frequency was a new boil a weak but now it is very optimum but i just want eradicate those boils.

I am female 26 age weight 89 kg. Married from 2 years. Usually my period are regular and cycle of 31 days but few from few month it disturbed. I got period on 22 jan and I was expecting my period on 22 feb but its not come and I look 3 urine test and 1 beta test for pregnancy and unfortunatly all was negative. Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

When we do gymming testosterone hormone levels are raised in blood. Increased testosterone has been linked to decreased IQ levels, however there is no scientific evidence for the same. Logically speaking light exercise will increase blood flow to brain. So it is advised to do light exercises, yoga, pranaya etc for better IQ.
