My body is not growth properly according to age and my face also looks like a small boy which affect our personality.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

I am female 20 years old I am having back acne problem from past 7 years. Much of the acne on my back lightened and I have used femcinol a and erytop . When I use these it works . After that even new pimple comes and those marks are also very embaracce me. Even those acne in my shoulder and hands too. Even on my bump. Its like dark patches on my bump.

Hello, drink home made carrot juice twice a day / vegetable soup / dish of salad use akne aid soap or sandal soap aloevera calendula cream apply 3/4 times a day avoid oily n spicy foods take 1 tsp triphala churan with semi hot water at bed time stay healthy.

Hello doctor I am 24 year old woman. I am having severe hair fall from past 3 years. I have done permanent straightening before 3 years and I think this would be reason for hair fall. I tried homeopathy for one year but result was nothing. I eat healthy food.

Hi ,chemical procedures like straightening are extremely harmful for the hair. Please start five oil therapy. Alertnatuvely you can start some multivitamin medicines that help the hair roots. Wash hair with mild shampoo .Revert back for detailed help.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Shampoo are not slolution for treating hair fall it is a medium only for washing hairs not useful in daily use correct your diet apply coconut oil or medicated oil prescribed according histroy take ayurvediy medication providing details in private chat and correct your diet also.
