I have energetic problem. Now am in saudi arabia. When I back to india am suffered cold and allergy. But not in saudi climate. What is the reason?

That depends upon climate in india or saudi. It's possible that you may be feeling well in clear and hot climate. And you may catch cold due to dust allergy. Here the climate is also variable, some times humid that may cause cold and allergy. So take proper care to prevent the allergy. Cover your nose while going in dusty are. Eat plenty of orange lemon guava and amla, all very rich source of vitamins that provide us immunity.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Does having supplements during gym for muscles is harmful. My trainer advise for supplement for enhancement in body n muscles but I fear about adverse effect so does it have any adverse effect especially lyk dysfunction dysfunction or any sexual problem or any problem related to body or after leaving this supplements.

There is no denying fact that nutritious food gives you the best results for healthy body and is long lasting without any side effect. People who are doing excessive training like you do need some additional nutrients to fulfill the body's increased requirement. Protein supplements provide quick protein needed after gymming. If you buy a good branded protein powder, it might not have as bad effect as a cheap product. But still make sure most of your protein and nutrients come from natural food.

It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods .

However, physical therapy, medications, or surgery may also be necessary. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes three or four times a day for several days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel because putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite and burn the skin.

Yes you are currently underweight. As per your current height & age, your weight should be 60-61 Kg. Being underweight is unhealthy as it reduces immunity, stamina & productivity. For weight gain, you may follow these tips: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods rich in nutrient & calorie density like paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, dates-almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, banana kheer, atta halwa/gond ladoo, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, homemade cereal malt with milk & sugar, premix with soup, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, dry fruits, soyabean cutlet/roll, fruit lassi, egg curry, fatty fish, chicken 2. Hye. Thanks for the query. Summer can not only dehydrate you but also draw you off of energy and stamina, making you feel unwell and feeling low. A healthy and balanced diet is essential, especially in the summer. The summer heat deprives our body of all the energy. Excessive perspiration in summer results in dehydration. Rehydration is essential irrespective of the activity levels and thirst pangs. Liquids at very cold temperatures should be avoided. Increased consumption of very cold liquids, results in the constriction of the blood vessels. This in turn reduces the loss of heat which is essential in summers. Holy basil seeds/ tulsi seeds added to water or fruit juices proves an effective cooling drink for the summers. Soft drinks contain added sugar, preservatives and colors. Therefore fresh fruit juices without added sugar are preferred in summers. Fried foods, such as french fries, potato patties, chips, samosa, wada pav should be restricted thereby reducing the thermal effect of fat. A light and healthy meal will make you feel comfortable. Avoid very spicy foods. Whole fresh fruits supply a good amount of water, in addition to minerals and vitamins. A bountiful supply of vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial. For increasing body mass few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Dont rely on any tonic/medicines to gain weight.Nutritional supplements in the form of multivitamin and protein shakes are different.As you are spendng most of the time working so you should keep some handy high calorie snack at your desk like dates/almonds/coated peanuts/sweet cakes and biscuits/fruits like banana/sapota etc.Eat these snacks in between your meal timings not instead of meals.Have proper balanced meal with one sweet everday.Also you should take fruit juices/fruit shakes and sweetened lassi.Besides if you can do some strength taking exercises 3 days a week .This should help.

There are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 10 to 15 leaves of shyam tulsi and grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 200 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 100 ml. Consume this water swallowing (never chew tulsi) the leave remains daily in 3 installments without break.
