Hello! medication or pills or supplement for weight lose is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. It may be due to your allergy problem. To increase your lung capacity pranayam is best. Bhastrika anulom vilom kapalbhati. Will help you lot to overcome this problem. But you should do this pranayam under supervision of yoga instructor.

Taking proteins depend upon your exercise level. Just by taking whey, one does not gain muscles. Also if you are a beginner, you should focus on basics. After one has achieved a basic level of fitness, they should start supplements to reach next level.

You should take plenty of water & juices specially rich in vitamin C & Antioxidants eg:Lemon,Orange,Amla,pineapple etc. Take proper rest n sleep. Get some relax during the work and walk for 15 min. In between the work. Intake healthy diet and green leafy vegetables. Drink 1 glass of milk every day with half table spoon of turmeric. Do cervical exercises for that. And not use pillow at night.
