Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.

Health considerations when bottle-feeding

If you decide not to breastfeed, or are unable to breastfeed, commercial iron-fortified formulas can give your baby the nutrition he or she needs. Infant formulas have the right amounts of protein, calories, fat, vitamins, and minerals for growth. However, formula does not contain the immune factors that are in breastmilk. The immune factors in breastmilk help prevent infections and other health conditions throughout a baby's life.

Infants who take enough iron-fortified infant formula usually don’t need vitamin and mineral supplements. However, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends vitamin D supplementation for all babies drinking formula until they are drinking at least 32 ounces a day. Fluoride supplements are recommended for babies whose primary water supply is not fluoridated. Check with your baby's healthcare provider about vitamin D and fluoride supplements.

Types of infant formula

  • Cow's milk-based formula. Most infants should be able to tolerate a standard cow's milk formula. Cow's milk formulas are modified to be closer to human milk. These formulas have lactose as the carbohydrate (sugar) source. They are available in ready-to-feed cans, liquid concentrate, and powder. Regular cow's milk is not an appropriate source of nutrition for a human baby.

  • Soy-based or lactose-free formulas. These formulas are used if an infant can’t tolerate lactose, which is rarely a significant problem in babies. They don’t contain lactose as the sugar source. As many as 50% of all infants who are allergic to cow's milk formula will also be allergic to soy-based formulas. Talk with your baby's healthcare provider before changing formulas. Vegetarian parents may prefer soy-based formulas. But they should be aware that breastfeeding is still the best option.

  • Specialized formulas. There are special formulas for babies who are premature or who have certain rare disorders or diseases. These formulas may have special directions for use. They are prescribed by the baby's healthcare provider.

  • Hydrolyzed formulas. Hydrolyzed formulas are easier to digest. They may be used in babies at risk for allergies. They are more expensive than regular formulas. Talk with your baby's healthcare provider before using these formulas.

  • Low iron formulas. These formulas are not recommended.

Helpful hints for feeding your baby

  • Breastmilk only is the ideal feeding for at least 6 months. This means no water, sugar water, or formula.

  • Wait until breastfeeding is well established before giving your baby breastmilk in a bottle.

  • Working mothers can use a breast pump on break time and refrigerate or freeze the milk for later use as a bottle-feeding. Refrigerated breastmilk should be used within 24 hours after pumping. Frozen breastmilk is good for several months in the freezer. Fathers and other family members can be involved in feeding time if breastmilk is offered from a bottle occasionally.

  • Offer cow's milk-based formula with iron as first choice of formula if not breastfeeding.

  • Keep your baby on breastmilk or baby formula until he or she is 1 year old. After this time, you may switch to whole milk. Children under 2 years old should not drink skim or low-fat milk.

  • It’s important to follow the formula preparation directions exactly as directed on the packaging. Using too much water can result in poor weight gain. It's also important to discuss your water supply with your child's healthcare provider. In some areas, water must be boiled first, or bottled water should be used.

  • Bottles should never be propped up.

  • Babies should never be put to sleep with a bottle. This can cause cavities to develop.

  • All babies, whether breast or bottle fed, should be offered a feeding whenever they show signs of hunger.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

While it may be obvious that no form of pain is welcome, it can be said that pain which is felt on account of being affected by sciatica is especially unwelcome. Taking that into due account, the good news is that physiotherapy can go a long way in helping by improving this sort of pain.

The longest nerve in the whole human body is the sciatic nerve, so it can be expected that when there is trouble with this nerve, the pain would be pretty significant. The leg pain which is caused to a person when this nerve happens to be getting pinched is known as sciatica.

There is a range of treatments when it comes to how something as painful as sciatica is to be solved. Now, while it is true that a solution such as making sure there is an amount of bed rest which is sufficient is very important, to say the very least, it is often the case that the person with sciatica would like his or her recovery to be hastened.

1. Olive oil is not a panacea (cure) for Diabetes. 2. 5-6 Tablespoons of oil will add 600-720 (120 cals per tbsp) additional calories to your intake every day. 3. That can lead to added 2-3 KGS on your body every month. 4. Additional weight will lead to increased level of sugar. 5. To manage Diabetes you need to reduce extra calories coming from carbs and oils.

The best way to improve secretion is frequent feeding by the baby. You have to have 3 wet nappies per day or more than 6 times urine and gain in weight noted every week. Please send birth weight and current weight now.

You did not tell me about the age of the child. Why I ask this is because children born of diabetic mothers have a higher chance of having congenital heart disease and various other congenital diseases. As far as your specific query is concerned, there again you data is incomplete. You did not tell whether your aunt has type 1 diabetes or type 2. However, generally diabetes has a strong genetic predisposition. If one or both of the parents suffer from diabetes, chance of the same in the child increases manifold. Thanks.

जोड़ों के दर्द से राहत के उपाय

1. लहसुन 
लहसुन की दो कली हर सुबह खाली पेट पानी के साथ खाएं। खाना बनाने वाले किसी भी तेल में लहसुन की कुछ कलियां डाल कर भून लें। इस तेल को गुनगुना होने तक ठंडा करें और प्रभावित हिस्से की मालिश करें। इस विधि को दिन में दो बार किया जा सकता है। लहसुन के औषधीय गुण गर्दन के दर्द, सूजन और जलन को ठीक करते हैं। 

2. हल्दी 
हल्दी रक्त संचार तेज करके जोड़ों के दर्द से आराम देती है और गर्दन की अकड़न को भी कम करती है। इसलिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा हल्दी का इस्तेमाल करें।

3. दूध पीएं
दूध से हड्डियों को कैल्श्यिम और विटामिन डी मिलता है जिससे हड्डियां मजबूत बनती हैं। यदि दूध पसंद न हो तो दूध से बने अन्य खाद्य पदार्थ जैसे पनीर, दही आदि भी खाए जा सकते हैं।

4. अदरक 
अदरक औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर है जो कि रक्त संचार को तेज करती है जिससे गर्दन के दर्द से राहत मिलती है। पानी में अदरक उबालें और ठंडा करके इसमें शहद मिलाएं। और दिन में 3 बार इस चाय को पिएं। प्रभावित हिस्से की अदरक के तेल से मसाज भी आराम मिलेगा।

5. सेब साइडर सिरका
किसी कपड़े को सेब के सिरके में भिगोकर दर्द वाले हिस्से पर लपेंटें और कुछ घंटों के लिए छोड़ दें। दिन में दो बार इस विधि को करें। दो कप सेब साइडर सिरका को गुनगुने पानी में डालकर नहाया भी जा सकता है। एक गिलास पानी में कच्चा सेब साइडर सिरका और शहद मिलाकर पीने से भी दर्द में आराम होगा।

6. लाल मिर्च पाउडर 
एक कप नारियल के तेल को गरम करके, उसमें दो बड़े चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिलाएं। इस मिश्रण से प्रभावित हिस्से पर लगाकर तकरीबन 20 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें। ज्यादा आराम के लिए इस मिश्रण को प्रतिदिन दर्द वाले हिस्से पर लगाएं।

7. बी एक्टिव
जोड़ों के दर्द से राहत के लिए हमेशा एक्टिव रहें, यानि जोड़ों की मूवमेंट होती रहनी चाहिए। लंबे समय तक एक ही स्थिति में रहने से भी जोड़ों में कठोरता महसूस होती है।

8. गर्म और ठंडी सिकाई 
गर्म सिकाई के लिए गर्म पानी की बोतल को तौलिया में लपेट कर गर्दन की सिकाई करें। जबकि, ठंडी सिकाई करने के लिए बर्फ के टुकड़ों को तौलिया में लपेटकर, उस तौलिया से सिकाई करें। सिकाई करते वक्त कम से कम दो से तीन मिनट तक गर्दन की लगातार सिकाई होनी चाहिए। यह पूरी प्रक्रिया 15 से 20 मिनट में दोहराएं। इस विधि को आराम होने तक दिन में दो बार करें।
जोड़ों के दर्द से निजात के लिए गर्म और ठंडी सिकाई करने से आराम मिलता है और गर्म सिकाई करने से ब्लड सर्कुलेशन बेहतर होता है वहीं ठंडी सिकाई से सूजन और चुभन कम होती है।

9. जोड़ों को चोट से बचाएं 
जोड़ों पर लगी चोट, हड्डी को तोड़ भी सकती है, इसलिए जोड़ों को चोट से बचाकर रखें। जब भी कोई ऐसा खेल खेलें जिसमें जोड़ों पर चोट लगने का डर हो, तो ज्वाइंट सेफ्टी पेड्स पहनें। टेनिस और गोल्फ खेलते समय भी ब्रेसेस  पहनें।

10. वेट कंट्रोल
शरीर का ज्यादा वजन घुटनों और कमर पर अधिक दबाव डालता है, जिससे कार्टिलेज  के टूटने का डर रहता है। ऐसे में वजन को कंट्रोल में रखना बेहद जरूरी है।

11. स्ट्रेचिंग ज्यादा न करे
व्यायाम में स्ट्रेचिंग केवल हफ्ते में तीन बार करें। स्ट्रेचिंग को एकदम शुरू करने की जगह, इससे पहले वार्म अप व्यायाम करें।

12. सही पोश्चर बनाए रखें 
जोड़ों के दर्द से राहत के लिए सही पोश्चर में उठना, बैठना और चलना बेहद जरूरी है। सही पोश्चर गर्दन से लेकर घुटनों तक के जोड़ों की रक्षा करता है।

13. एक्सरसाइज
जोड़ों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए व्यायाम को दैनिक दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाएं। तैराकी भी जोड़ों के दर्द से राहत के लिए अच्छा व्यायाम होती है।

14. मालिश 
मालिश से शरीर के दर्द में बेहद आराम मिलता है, यही प्रक्रिया जोड़ों के दर्द में भी लागू होती है। नारियल, जैतून, सरसों या लहसुन के तेल से प्रभावित हिस्से की मालिश करें। हल्के हाथों से दबाव देते हुए दर्द वाले हिस्से को मलें। ऐसा करने से दर्द से राहत मिलेगी।

The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period.
