Doctor we were in relationship. I had a seminar in my school and the boy who was giving it was from bits pillani so he gave his contact to students and I concerned him to get information about which stream to choose in 11th so he guided me. After 2-3 months he asked do you write blogs or something came in your mind and you started writing about it I said for now i'm not interested so he said ok. Again after 2-3 months I asked me why you dp such sad pics on your whatsapp and I told the story behind it so he helped me. I asked about his life and we both started talking. We almost talk all day long till 2 am at night. So I said you must be feeling sleepy so he answered sometimes people replace sleep'i was literally blushing when I heard this but since I was too young for him I never thought that way. So I said ok good night i'm sleeping and we after few days of talking he proposed me and he said we have 7-8 years of gap so it's okay for me since there are people who get married even after such long age gapes. So I said ok. He made me feel so special and always tries to make me happy. I always fight with him and he always try to manage my anger by saying sorry even if it is my fault so I felt so special but after sometime he got ego for always bowing in front of me even if the fault is mine. I noticed change in his attitude. Yes I forgot I mention earlier when I said I want breakup just to make him mad and to test if the things are going right so after hearing he ate 8-9 sleeping pills and I have not received any text message or call from him I was worried where he is. I looked at his place. After 2 days he messages i'm in hospital since I ate 8-9 pills. I felt sorry and told him I was just checking and please do not repeat such stuffs in future. So ya he ignored me and started I always cry in front of him but he started torturing me. He deleted my fb wa and insta. He depressed me. He always say he will leave me whenever I fight with him. I have lost my value selfrespect. He once said he will talk with me after settling his business. How can someone live with whom they love? Once he was so mad at me and now he always take my for granted. He always talk about living separate and not to go together even if the issue was not worth fighting. I just want to get out of this situation.

1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day
In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day.
