For your age excessive urination could be due to 1. Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2. Urinary tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5. Diabetes mellitus/diabetes inspidus, hypertension, 6. Stress/anxiety/nervousness, 7. Do urine re/me, blood sugar testing, take usg kub, and consult urologist for advice.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. 1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. May be viral pharyngitis. If so, there is no specific treatment for viral pharyngitis. You can relieve symptoms by gargling with warm salt water several times a day (use ½ teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water). Taking anti-inflammatory drugs or medications, such as acetaminophen, can control symptoms.

But also her cough did not stop. Now we changed medicine to Calpol-250 mg and chericof. Its barking cough. And she started fast breathing after she had cough. Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Psoriasis is a manageable disease, generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Red meat, alcohol n stress should be avoided in psoriasis.

I am 69 years old male. Smoker, having smoked on an average 6 cigarettes per day for 40 yrs. For last three yrs suffering of glossitis, soreness and mild ulcer of the tongue and mouth which comes and goes. I also have dry mouth syndrome. Kindly advise course of treatment.

I have symptoms, hyper acidity always, I can not eat anything, even if I drink a small amount of water, a worst burning start at upper belly, I am feeling very weak, and having giddiness, to eat something infect a single bit is very very difficult for me and I lost my apatite and I can not complete my sleep, my sleep breaks within every 2 or 3 hour, I have pain on leg, back side and constipation occur, I have not eaten for 2 days, I have no willing of eating food, if I drink water then burning occur also in upper stomach, what is it symptoms indicate?
