Internal depressive thoughts may cause for sleeplessness. Better to express your internal frustrated thoughts to your family members and friends. When burden of thoughts may come then your mind relaxed. Be friendly with others. Do not be alone. Feel always confident. Try to practise dynamic nature slowly it will come normal manner. Do not be sensitive. If you want you can change the total atmosphere. Be brave always. Feel always confidendent. Give positive suggestions to your mind. Better to take help of others in rush. I feel you are cutting too much on carbs and protein. Please include bread/oats/daliya in breakfast. In mid morning: have a glass of orange or lemon juice. Lunch: lunch is okay. Evening: for protein eat sprouts dinner: have salad with vegetables and paneer with one roti. If you will crash your diet, you will gain back weight very fast. So put a long term foundation of your weight loss goal.

Hi, I am not clear what kind of problem you are having, so please explain me what kind of skin problem do you have? How, when and since how long it's been there? Any associated complaints with it? Is there any itching/ burning/ oozing? Share all the details and a clear photo of the affected area with me for proper diagnosis and treatment as many skin diseases has similar manifestations. And the mode of treatment and management gets different accordingly.

I am having pain in my upper jaws from last 1 week. It is especially during yawning, otherwise I don't feel the pain. Even I am not able to open my mouth completely because of that pain. The pain is just next to the middle of my right ear and to an extend I can make out that the pain is not due to any infection in my teeth or any ear problem. What should I do to get rid of this pain?

Have you have the habit of any gutkha chewing due to this habit tissue becomes hardened and will not allow to strech so go for dental checkup it might be also due to joint problem may be.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

When ever you are taking any antibiotics particularly broad spectrum antibiotics for some reason it should be prescribed by a doctor. However with antibiotics you must take some multivitamin or vit b-complex. And plenty of water because the antibiotics desentisitize the intestinal flora which helps in digesting the food.

Hello lybrate-user, fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system. Good mind and body will give you confidence to be smart.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

My body is perfect but I have belly fat, which type of diet can I consume to control my belly.
Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Coffee. Avoid alcohol consumption if you do.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.
