Please note that she might be having any sort of medical disease earlier also which was diagnosed. I suggest a mri of brain to rule out any brain tumor, etc. Till the time reports arrive give her five phos 4 tabs twice daily.

It needs to be investigated. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Continue isometric back extension exercise with 10 sec hold. And twice daily. Take sufficient milk, egg, and calcium based food. Avoid prolonged standing. And driving. Stair climbing.

Hi, being in the it industry, I know that you have to sit for long hours. To prevent such problems you have to do two things, 1) take short breaks of 2-5 every 30 mins if you can or hourly breaks. And 2) adjust your work station and chair according to your height. If you continue like this, you are prone to get stress injury. So, I suggest you to take corrective steps right away.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. A physiotherapist can show you how to do them properly. Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Dear lybrate-user, For the knees - Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. I want to reduce my belly fat. But I can't workout wit crunches because I have got lover back pain because of some extra muscle growth in my lower spine (found after MRI scan), and crunches causes heavy back pain. Please advice any other better option.

Even though exercise is very good for over all health it does not result in much weight loss. Crunches are not essential for losing belly fat. Making significant changes in diet can surely result in weight loss and it does not take extra time. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If it works, continue. If it doe not give enough result, consult. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind.

The source of pain can be from the knee cap, it happens generaly when the medial group of muscles in the knee are weak and your patella tend to rub on the lateral aspect of thigh bone. Please do strengthening exercises for vmo and avoid stairs, squatting. Try it for 3 weeks if doesn't get better then revert.

Hii lybrate-user. It is called as delayed onset muscle soreness. It is quite common if your body is not accustomed to exercise. Apply ice atleast twice a day n start exercising for half an hour daily.
