It could be due to a) over weight, b) consumption of alcohol/smoking/drinking c) taking rich spicy/fatty food, garlic/ onion d) excessive sweating precaution 1. Take cool shower/ bath every day, (twice in summer) 2. Wash arm pit thoroughly by using anti bacterial soap like dettol soap 3. Apply de odorant/ anti perspirant lotion after bath preferably at bed time 4. Regularly shave your arm pit 5. Use clean, loose fitting cotton garments and change it daily 6. Avoid spicy/fried/oily / junk food, garlic/onion 7. Avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption 8. Reduce weight, if over weight 9. Avoid stress /depression. Sir, This is the story of 5-6 year back. When I masturbated 2 to 3 times in a day. But when I hear it causes lots of problem. I leaved. But now before 2 to 3 year I am facing Swapnadosh nd after that Nightfall. I already use" Acid phos 200" nd many more in homeopathic. I used Ashwagandha, sativa saved musli in Ayurvedic. People wrongly believe that masturbation is a bad habit, or sin and it causes loss of energy and many side effects can occur. All these are myths and it is a safe act to give vent to sexual drive in men who cannot do sex. People fear if they have adverse effect on marriage or that their energy is wasted and such many funny misbeliefs are going around and all are not true. One can do as many times as he feels and health or energy is not affected or there will be no effect on marriage Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis or clitoris until an orgasm is achieved. Some women also use stimulation of the vagina to masturbate or use "sex toys, such as a vibrator. Just about everybody. Sexual activity helps keep levels of hormones, like oestrogen and testosterone, in check. When these hormones are out of balance, conditions like heart disease and osteoporosis may develop. When it comes to protecting heart health by having sex, more is better. One study in men showed that those who had sex at least 2 times a week were 50% less likely to die of heart disease than their less sexually active men. Sexual stimulation (including masturbation) and orgasm can help keep pain away. Both activities can reduce pain sensation and increase your pain threshold. Orgasms result in the release of hormones that can help block pain signals. Its always good to use oil within the limit for one's body type. Also the type of oil to be chosen depends on whether you want to loose or gain weight. As per your body statistics I think you need to gain weight. If so, its better to use home made ghee or pure ghee for your food. Also the oil that you mentioned is ok. But avoid deep fried food in that oil. Double refined oil can be used in such cases.

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 1-2 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, loss of facial glow and sexual problem.. 4.Consult sexologist for further advice

Çhest pain in young age is commonly due to costochondritis (inflammation of rib and sternal junction). This condition will respond to complete over the counter available analgesics like Ibuprofen. Since details of your symptoms are not given, it's difficult to diagnose. You should get ECG and Chest X Ray done along with blood pressure check to rule out heart attack and lung infection. Consult again for further queries.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. In indian males average errect penis size is 3 inch to 6 inch, if it falls in this nothing to worry, for good sex vagina needs only 3 inch penis, the tissue which excite vagina that has only 3 inch width, moreover girls like stamina of the partner, there is no medicine in the market which increase the size of penis, if somebody tell you he is making fool of u. Once again no treatment for making penis thick or long. Nature gives always right size as per indivdual genes and metabolism.

Stop Drinking. Start exercising, begin gradually with 5-10 mins and aim at increasing it to 45 mins daily of brisk walking, yoga, swimming etc. In diet decrease fried, fatty food from diet. Decrease sugar and sugary food intake. Add vegetables, salads and fruits to your diet and ask a dietician for detailed consult. Repeat levels after 6-8 weeks of precautions, if still high, you may need medications.

Go for regular exercise like brisk walkin for 30 minutes daily,, reduce weight if you are obese,, Avoid stress, avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil, take zinc containing food like milk, meat,fish, cheese, beans, yogurt, vitamin D supplement. Take one capsule of Zevit daily.

Hello, if it is a gastric pain, then it will be relieved by these home remedies:- stomach pain home remedy:- hello, follow these home remedies:- 1. Ginger -- cut one medium-size fresh ginger root into thin slices. Bring one cup of water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Boil for three minutes, and then simmer for another five minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and add honey to taste. Sip it slowly. Drink ginger tea two or three times a day to ease stomach ache and improve digestion. 2. Asfoetida:- simply add a pinch of asafetida to a glass of warm water, mix it well and drink it two or three times a day. You can also add a pinch of rock salt.
