Take plenty of oral liquids. High fibre diet like green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits. If stools are hard and painful stool softeners like Cremaffin plus 2-3 teaspoonful at night. If no relief see a General Surgeon or Proctologist.

You need to remove the stones from gall bladder that will help in removing pain, for that the diet should be made to half. Avoid taking dinner after taking dinner after 6-7 pm. That will help in avoiding pain also stones should be removed and that will be done with our medicines only. We follow the process in which patient needs to take medicines for 35 days and expel stones on 36th day of the treatment. It can be cured but not only with homeopathic medicines, you need to take medicines that can help in removing them naturally such as our medicines combination of herbal and homeo that will help in removing stones via motion passage. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. The safest and way that should be used to remove gall stones is removing it naturally, not just remove gall stones from gall bladder but also remove the cause of gall stones.

Hello, Thanks for your query. Try an over-the-counter medicine containing simethicone, which helps to break down gas bubbles. You can try a process of elimination by substituting a gassy food for a non-gassy one, and see which one is giving you the most trouble. A few basic substitutions: • Rice milk for cow’s milk • Bananas, blueberries and melon for apples, peaches and plums • Gluten-free and spelt cereals and bread for wheat and rye products • Bamboo shoots, bok choy, carrot, celery, corn, eggplant, green beans, lettuce, chives, parsnip, pumpkin, and tomato for artichokes, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, okra, onions, and peas. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care

Sir, my mother age 72 yrs, already she had suffered by bp & stroke. Now she have problem due to cholelithiasis, measuring 10 mm noted in gall bladder.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

No need to worry about that, just take treatment at ssohm; which is done with herbal and homeo medicines. The treatment will help in gaining right shape for gallbladder and make more bile juice also with breaking stones in small pieces after that stones will come out. Not only gall stones will be removed from gall bladder but this treatment will help in removing any sludge, which has caused gall stones in gallbladder.

Acidity

Acidity is a general term which usually refers to regurgitation of acid or partly digested food from the stomach into the food pipe (Oesophagus) or mouth.
The sourness is due to fermentation of food in the stomach or over secretion of acid.
Heartburn describes a burning sensation behind the breast bone or sternum.
Causes
Stress
Overeating
Obesity
Alcohol
Cigarette smoking
Irregular eating habits
Certain drugs like aspirin, antibiotics, etc
Bending, lying down or physical exertion too soon after eating
Certain food like tomatoes, citrus fruits, onion, coffee, tea can also cause acidity
Symptoms
Burning in the chest after eating.
Sour eructations. Belching.
A feeling that food is getting stuck after swallowing.
Dos & Dont's
Recognize signs of stress and identify the causes. At work reduce stress by learning to avoid long hours, not accepting unrealistic demands, setting realistic goals, accepting changes optimistically and not taking work related problems home. At home air your grievances, share your problems and regular weekend breaks with the family.
Take time to relax allowing about 20 minutes of leisure before and after eating and make meals enjoyable, unstressful occasions.
Eat slowly, chew each mouthful well.
Eat meals at regular timings. Eat frequently but in small quantities. Do not overeat.
Avoid drinking immediately before meals and drink sparingly during meals.
Do not lie down immediately after meals.
Eat less spicy, avoid fatty, fried food and those that contain possible irritants such as chemical food additives or hot spices.
Avoid alcohol, reduce the amount of coffee and tea and avoid them entirely during an attack.
Don't smoke. It will irritate the stomach lining.
Drink cold milk at the time of heartburn.
Avoid painkillers or medicine which cause acidity.
Hot compresses over the stomach are said to improve the blood supply in the area and relax the muscles.
