Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Is there any treatment for clearing the pigmentation marks on the face which we get during pregnancy.
These are best tips to lightens and remove the pigmentation -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the pigmentation. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on that area. It will lightens the pigment definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Yeah you can take protein. It helps in body growth and gymming. But try to take natural proteins more like soyabean. Egg white. Sprouts etc.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad. Massaje brahmi bhringraj taila with finger tips into the rootes of the hairs. Wash hairs with neem tulsi end honey shsmpoo once ortwise in a week. Take 1 calcium tablet with milk after dinner for 3 month.

Dry coarsed powder of mehandi 20gram coffee powder 3g curd 25 g lemon juice 4 tea spoon kattha 3 gram bramhi powder 10g amla powder 10gram mix well all of them and do churning all of them and apply it for 30 minutes over scalp then after wash it from water. Do once in a week.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

I've been trying to lose my belly fat for long but am unsuccessful. I am overall thin but only belly fat is more. I even eat quite less and do exercise and drink green tea. My aim is to get abs soon. Please help.

All what you are doing is right. Just. It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. To loose with heathy food like eat every 3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, limit aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day. Common symptoms of malaria include: shaking chills that are moderate to severe. High fever. Profuse sweating. Headache. Nausea. Vomiting. Diarrhea. Anemia. You should take antimalarial drugs, rest and plenty of fluids to overcome it.

Hello, she can delay her menses by taking progesterone pills from day 22 of her cycle till as long as she wishes to postpone it. The common side effect is irregular next 1-2 menstrual cycles.

To control it, eat small & frequent meals. Inlude more pulses & high fiber in diet such as chapatti with bran & fruits with skin avoid sugar, jaggery & honey be very particular about food choices to have a good control on diabetes.

I have a scar on the side of my head (about 3 inches long and .5 inch wide) that I want so desperately to get rid of. When I was a kid I fell and scraped the side of my head on a rock and it caused the hair from there to fall out and I was bleeding. Ever since no hair has ever grown there again (more than 10 years). Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.
